I totally argee that Teenagers and adults should have a healthy diet.

First, a healthy diet improve your physical health. We all want to have a wonderful,
healthy body with huge muscle, six-pack abs, thin thighs not only for showing everyone
how strong and how beautiful we got but also showing that how we care about health or
doing work easier in some situations. So, healthy diet is the way to consume enough
protein, carbonhydrat, vitamin and fats to make sure that your workout process one
hundred percent effeciency.
Second, a healthy diet can improve your mental health. Some resercher found a close
relationship between diet and mental health. Such as, diet with a high glycemic load
which mean loads of sugar like soft drinks, cakes, and biscults may affect a person’s
mood – feeling happy, more energized.
Third, a healthy diet help you save money . Researchers have conducted modeling that
shows how much healthy eating can save. A 2019 study found if U.S. adults followed a
healthy diet, the cost savings could reach billions . The savings would stem from
reductions in heart disease, cancer, Type 2 diabetes and Alzheimer's disease.
Finally, it improves our immune system and avoid diseases. Not only body needs protein
and carbonhydrat to have enough energy for a day, but also body needs vitamin. Most of
vitamin are provided by food we eat and improved immune system. Vitamin A creates
and keeps teeth and skin strong. Vitamin C for absorbing iron easier. Vitamin E and K
helps for red blood cells...
In conclusion, Teenagers and adults should have a healthy diet for better day. By this way
, you will improve physical health , mental health , prevent diseases. Moreover, you can
save money .
