Multiplying decimals is a long process. You must multiply each
number to other and add all of it one by one. After this, you will count
the decimal places of the given number to put the new place of the
decimal point.
But there is a shortcut to multiply decimals when the given
numbers were multiplied by the power of ten ─ 10, 100, and 1 000. The
lesson below explains the shortcut in more detail, plus has different
kinds of exercises for students.
