SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MYLENE BAUTISTA BIZZOTTO, of legal age, Filipino, with

address at Block 10 Lot 14 Duchess Loop, Royal Pines West
Subdivision, Barangay Kaybagal, Tagaytay City, Philippines, do
hereby names, constitutes and appoints ATTY. JAYBEE S. HIZON
AND ATTY. RONALD C. PASAMBA, as the Attorneys-In-Fact of my
client named MARIA MICHELLE RIVERA, of legal age and residing
at 22106 Lemon Ave., Richmond, BC , V6V'3C4 Canada in
connection with the estate proceedings of the late father of Maria
Michelle Rivera, Eleuterio M. Bautista Jr., consisting, but not limited
to, the following properties:

a. One Residential lot in San Juan City located at San

Pablo St, Brgy Batis, with a total lot area of 97.25sqm;

b. Two Residential lots in Antipolo City with located at

Pantay St., Brgy. San Jose. with a total lot area
200sqm each;

c. One (1) parcel of land in Mango orchard Farm in Naic,

Cavite (Brgy. Palangue), with a total lot area 1,021sqm;

d. Co-ownership of a townhouse unit at South China Sea

subdivision in Baguio City which is under a contract to
sell;

e. Co-ownership in three (3) residential lots in lmus Cavite

(Angelorum School) under a pending action to transfer;

f. Co-ownership in the net worth of Angelorum School;

g. Black Hyundai Starex van with plate number TZQ600;

and

h. 2 Pieces of jewelry - Charriol & Swiss watches with

serial number.
With full power and authority to:

• Sign and execute on behalf of Maria Michelle Rivera any

affidavits, documents, pleadings, waivers, extrajudicial settlements,
and any and all documents or papers necessary to settle the estate of
her father and to facilitate the transfer of the said properties to her
and her co-heirs;

• To represent Maria Michelle Rivera before any court, office, or

quasi-judicial proceedings for the purpose of settling the estate of her
father and the subsequent transfer of the estate to her and her co-
heirs;

• To represent and appear on Maria Michelle Rivera behalf in

any judicial, administrative and quasi-judicial proceedings and,
generally, any and all legal advisory services in relation the estate of
her late father;

• To request, sign, execute, deliver, receive, pay and receipt

any and all documents, papers, contracts, monies and/or instruments
which may be required or necessary to carry out the foregoing
matters;

• To receive any and all monies, property and proceeds of the

complete settlement, assignment, sale, transfer, conveyance,
mortgage, development and/or lease any and all of Maria Michelle
Rivera’s real and/or personal properties, and to hold the same in trust
or to deposit the same into an account of her own choosing; and

• To settle and pay for Maria Michelle Rivera’s share of any all
obligations and/or expenses that may be reasonably incurred in the
performance of any and all of the foregoing authorized actions;

AND GENERALLY to perform and execute all such further

acts, deeds, matters or things of a ministerial nature or kind which
though not specifically mentioned herein the said Attorneys-in-Fact
shall or may think necessary or proper to be done in and about the
premises or which may be incidental to the effectuating of any of the
powers and authorities herein contained.

I hereby confirm and ratify and agree to confirm and ratify all
and whatsoever the said Attorneys-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause
to be done in and about the premises by virtue of and in the
execution hereof including in such ratification anything which shall
lawfully be done in the exercise of the powers and authorities hereby
conferred between the revocation of these presents and notice of
such revocation reaching the said Attorneys-in-Fact.
