Course Description:
This course is designed to provide students with:
To give students a deeper understanding of basic concepts of research and its methodologies
To provide knowledge and skill to students to handle the design of a research proposal
To provide training in literature searching, reviewing, and research paper writing

Course Objectives:
After completing this course students should be able to.
Understand the concepts and identify the overall process of research design Select appropriate qualitative
or quantitative method for data collection. Write a research proposal suitable for submission to a research
funding body. Understand academic malpractice, including plagiarism, and how to avoid it.

Learning Outcomes:

On successful completion of the course students will be able to:

 Find the area of research
 Write the research/review paper
 Write the research proposal of research project
 Understand the simulation models and able to understand the research papers
