4. We undertake that any person authorized by us to hold the Primary Card or the Add-On Card(s) shall also buy only
for the purposes specified above, and not for personal consumption and that we shall be responsible for any act or
omission by such card holders.

5. That we have thoroughly read and understood the Terms & Conditions of the BPMW Membership Application
Form. We further undertake to abide with the said Terms & Conditions and any further instructions issued by the
BPMW from time to time.
