techniques viz. e- sourcing, cost modelling, industry analysis, benchmarking etc.. Collaborating with
the quality function to ensure quality at the vendor end through audits, certifications and quality
assurance in vendor processes. Ensuring governance in all Sourcing SOPs and in all buying practices.
Driving excellence in Warehouse operations and to support business requirement. Ensuring Food
Safety, Quality and Temperature compliances being maintained at all stages of Warehouse
operations. Ensuring G&A costs as well as the usage variance at the warehouses. Successfully
running of SAP and other ERP linked platforms • Statutory Compliances and Risk Management.
Managing overall operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets
within the time and cost parameters. Overseeing overall Procurement activities, implementing
effective techniques to bring efficiency in operations, improve quality standards & achieve
maximum cost savings. Handling stores operations ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve
maximum cost savings without hampering the production & distribution process
