(1) Sub Structure (Jacket)

5) R.C.D. (Reverse Circulation Drill)

 Digging work by using of R.C.D until final excavation depth

 Confirming the final excavation depth & injecting clean water in order to remove
slime
(1) Sub Structure (Jacket)

6) Installation of Pin-pile & rebar

 Installation of Pin-pile after R.C.D digging work

 Inserting rebar into the Pin-pile

(1) Sub Structure (Jacket)

7) Work for filling concrete and mortar

 Placing the filling concrete(concrete strength: 40 Mpa) into Pin-pile

 Grouting work for the mortar(1:1) into gap between jacket and Pin-pile
(1) Sub Structure (Jacket)

8) Move “Upper part of the Jacket” to the target point & Connection
- Connect “Lifting Wire” and “Shackle” to “Jacket Lug”

- Then, it will be connected to “Floating Crane Barge” for its transportation

- Move to Target point at the site by floating crane barge

- It will be connected to lower part of the jacket, which it was already installed
(1) Sub Structure (Jacket)

9) Welding for the connecting point & NDT (Non Destructive Testing)
- Integrate and Strengthen the connecting point (for Lower and Upper part of the Jacket)
through “Welding” performance

- Conduct “NDT” in order to check a suitable and appropriate status of the welding point
(1) Sub Structure (Jacket)

10) “Leveling inspection” & Touch up Painting

- Leveling inspection shall be conducted in order to check a precise installation of both Jackets.

- Painting performance will be followed for its better appearance and anti-corrosion.
(2) Upper Structure (WTG)

1) WTIV Mobilization

1-1) Mobilizing the WTIV of which Boom length is

97.5m to site after loading Crawler Crane(750
ton(Max. Capacity)) on the SEP Barge
