How does digital information and technology enhance, improved and made better
group community health nursing?

1. Digital information promoted improvements in key relationships with physician,

peers, interdisciplinary care team members, patients and family.
2. Support for better service of the group by facilitating true interdisciplinary care.
3. Support the mission of the group to deliver high quality, evidence-based care.
4. Decision support tools for the group as well as alerts and reminders notify the
community health nursing of possible concerns.
5. Make things feasible in a large healthcare system, across all of these different
sites, with different staff, using different resources, technology is a really
important piece and that technology piece becomes even more important
considering in the community health.
