    The zonal auditor visited cash counters in Usta Muhammad, Dera Allah Yar and Sibi from May 19-21, 2020.     Subject:-Cash counter visit Report

    Dear Sir
    With reference to the above subject, during my visits of Usta Muhammad, Dera Allah
    Yar and Sibi from 19/5/2020 to 21/5/2020 after seekinf your approval, I would like to
    bring following observations in your kind consideration

     Cash register was not signed and maintained up to date by the relevant area
    manager at Dera Allayar counter CCTV cameras were not available at Dera
    Allahyar Cash counter
     Security Guards were not in uniform and available arms needed at the counters.
     No permanent cashiers were designated at Sibi , Dera and Usta Cash counters

    Above mentioned points are put forward for your necessary actions
