motivates me to offer my firms’ product to my close relatives, friends and other or restraints
me to do as such; are stated below in short.

A. Factors that motivates me:

1. Firm has appraisal policy which encourage to offer its’ product to friends or family.

2. Firm has its’ own reputation that’s motivate employee to offer the service with proud.

3. Firm offers its’ service to customer basis on their purchasing ability.

4. It provides its’ troubleshooting service in fast track procedure to the customer.

5. Our firms’ offer services that’s value for money.

B. Factors that discourage me to do referencing:

1. Customers those are not loyal or have tendency to switch.

2. Customers those are not from near locality where we have servicing brunch.

3. Company has strict guideline to monitor whether employee favoring or not to the customer.

4. Sometimes relatives or friends ask to appease them by providing with some extra benefits.
