CHRIST (Deemed to be University) is one of the largest and most prominent private university in India. Established in 1969 as Christ
College, it was declared as Deemed to be University by the Ministry of Human Resource Development of the Government of India
in 2008. Located in Bangalore, the University has over 18,000 students and more than 800 faculty members. The university strives
to identify, adapt, and put into effect the best educational and administrative practices.

This makes Business and Organizational Psychologist became a great demand in the labor market, be it as HR developers or specialists,
trainers or coaches, or as business consultants.
The Master’s program teaches students the essential functional and managerial expertise and will help them develop the personal skills
they need to understand and shape the many factors and mechanism at work in any organization. It offers scientifically grounded academic
studies with a strong practical element.
This program is designed for educating Business and Organizational Psychologists to:

ELIGIBILITY
A candidate who has passed any Undergraduate Degree
examination with 50% aggregate marks from any recognized
University in India or abroad recognized by UGC / Association of
Indian Universities (AIU) are eligible to apply. Applicants who are in
the final year of their studies should have secured 50% or above
aggregate in all the Semester / Years of Undergraduate
Examinations conducted so far.

The collaborative degree program includes 9 modules, a fully supervised and documented study project and a Master’s Thesis for a total of
177 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System). While pursuing their studies, students are required to have an internship where they can work
on their Transfer Projects to develop the competencies they need for their roles in organizations. These transfer projects link the contents of
the course with the actual business interest and practical professional needs of the students. The projects are supervised by faculty
members from Steinbeis University Berlin.

Details on how to process with admission is available on the website of CHRIST (Deemed to be University) website. Candidates are required
to choose the preferred date and time from available options to facilitate smooth admission process. Admission must be processed at the
campus where the programme is offered.
As per University Grants Commission (UGC) guidelines, fee payment has to be made through online mode. Payment options and details will
be provided to selected candidates through ‘Offer of Admission’ on ‘Application status’ on the website. Fees for first year including
Admission Registration fee must be paid in full as part of the admission process.
Admission will not be processed without the presence of the candidate and the mandatory ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS and one set of
photocopies mentioned below:
1. Latest updated CV (signed)
2. Letter of Intent / Statement of Purpose
3. One Stamp size and One passport size photograph formal dress with withe background
4. Class 10 Marks Statement
5. Class 12 Marks Statement - mandatory, if candidate has appeared and passed the examination
6. Degree Marks Card
7. Provisional degree certificate / Convocation certificate - mandatory, if candidate has completed / graduated from the qualifying programme
8. Transfer Certificate (TC) of undergraduate degree from the last qualified institution
9. Migration Certiifcate of undergraduate degree from qualifying University (applicable for all candidates except those studying in Karnataka)
10. Two Copies of the Online Payment Receipt
11. Copy of valid ID proof (Aadhar Card / Aadhar Enrolment Receipt)
12. Candidates falling under any of these categories (NRI / PIO / OCI / SAARC / AFRICA / ASEAN / OTHER FOREIGN NATIONALS) have to submit:
Copy of Passport and Visa Details
PIO / OCI have to produce the copy of PIO / OCI card whichever is applicable
Medical Fitness Certificate (MFC) from any recognized medical practitioner certified by the Medical Council of India, and Resident Permit (RP)
(if available while applying)
All documents must be submitted for verification during the admission process. Failure to submit the pending documents will be treated as
unsuccessful in the qualifying examination or considered “Not Eligible” and admission will be terminated from CHRIST (Deemed to be
University) without any claim.
The total amount of the Tuition Fees and the detailed payment methods are as follows:

Tuition Fees for the 1st semester, i.e. First Year Fee (CU) as well as Enrollment and Installment Fee (Steinbeis-IEC), are payable latest 30-days
before the commencement of the study. The rest of the installments must be paid by the due date as specified in the corresponding invoice.
As a part of the study program, students are required to attend 2-months lecturing
sessions and learning activities in Berlin, Germany. Any costs for travel, medical expenses,
accommodation insurance, and all other personal expenses lie with the students. Below is a

1. The cost listed in the table is only a rough estimation. CU and the SHB/IEC are not responsible if the actual cost of living upon arrival in
Berlin is different than the estimated cost.
2. Both universities will to the best of their abilities assist student to obtain suitable living accomodations. However, the ultimate
responsibility for finding accomodation lies with the student.
3. Both universities shall inform students of any requirements regarding personal, home and health insurance.
