Note 1) This Rate is Applicable only for 10 Storied Building. For 11- 15th floor the rate will
increase 10% and above 16th floor the rate will increase 20 % on the Labour Rate -
: Present 2020
and the rate of Main line for SDB, TV, Telephone, Internet , Intercom & for Lightning
arrestor of any floor will be applicable of the rate of the floor from which it will be
drawn to the bottom
2)You will pay current market rate if exclude worklist.

3)You will pay 1.5 x times more than as per worklist rate If you make us rework.

4)You will pay 27 taka per square feet as per in-voice or roof Area if you choose out of
working list rate.

5)You Have to pay us daily 600 taka per labour and after 7 days you will give
us full payment with labour charge as much as work has done.
6) This Rate schedule will be applicable for Bashundhara and all up coming project.
