INTRODUCTION .
The project is basically final year thesis naming “Computer Aided Rat
Analysis for Civil Engineering Works”(CARACE).It is wholly Microsoft excel base
software providing ease not only for educational purpose but also for professiona
works. Professor Muhammad Noor Khan offered it for the first time. Quite possibl
that most of quantity surveyors may have their individual sheets for rate analysis bu
this is a combine network of sheets surrounding maximum civil engineering works.
We managed it in the form of a single work book but adding different sheets an
linking them with one each other. We used different tools of excel mostly"form too
bar"(visual basic format) which made it more handy like a software to treat it
avoiding the key board and increasing the use of mouse by just clicking and gettin
results.(For further assistance see manual or contacts. Thanks!)
