Username &
Password

Steps to start
submitting a pre-
proposal (by PI):
1. Click on add New
Content
2. Click on TRC
programs
3. Click on Pre-
Proposal
 Step 6:
Click on
COVID-19
and start
filling in the
application
form
Final Step:
Click on
submit

And PI will
receive a
notification
by email
Deadline for Receiving
Pre-Proposals
