Guidebook for using JioHealthHub Green Pass
Introduction

The purpose of this guidebook is to provide an

easy-to-use reference for generating a Green
Pass on JiohealthHub for employees
Step 1: Create your JioHealthHub account
Download the app

Search JioHealthHub on Play store if you are using

an android phone or App store if you are using an
iPhone
Login and Set PIN

Enter your official phone Validate the mobile Set a 4-digit PIN. This
number after clicking the number by entering the PIN will be used for
app for first time OTP shared on SMS login going ahead
Create Profile

Create your profile by entering these details.

Please make sure you enter the same Date of
birth and Gender as that given during the
Vinay testing

OR the other way round i.e. please share the

same Date of birth and gender during the
testing process as you have entered in
JioHealthHub
Step 2: Link your employee ID with JioHealthHub ID
Click on More Click on Manage Click on Proceed Under Link New Identity
Identity select Corporate
 Select Reliance Enter the OTP received
Enter your Employee ID Click on Select Employer
Industries on your official Email ID
and Press Submit
Step 3: Upload vaccination certificate
 Upload vaccination certificate – Method 1

Click on Covid-19 vaccine Click on Co-WIN Enter phone number Select the correct
Click on Proceed
certificate and the OTP received beneficiary (if there are
multiple)
 Upload vaccination certificate – Method 2 (If you have PDF certificate on your phone)

Click on upload PDF and

Within “My Health” click Click on My Reports Click on Plus sign
select the right PDF file
Tap on “Certificates”
on “Health Records” and then click on “Save
from your phone
Step 4: Upload your RTPCR test report

Within “My Health” click Click on My Reports Click on Plus sign Click on upload PDF Select “Lab report” and
on “Health Records” Save the report
Step 5: View Green Pass

generated
 In case the Lab format is not supported,
