Employee lands on Practo Plus plan activation link:

1. Enter Name
2. Enter Correct Mobile No.
3. Enter Corporate E-mail having (xyz@abc.com only accepted)
4. You will get an OTP on your corporate e-mail ID
5. Enter OTP in the form and plan will be activated
