How to Edit a Profile as below:
1. You click the Edit profile button, and you directly edit the data that you
want to change. For example: Mobile Number

E-Claim Submission is a menu to submit claims according to your eligible benefits

ClaimAccumulation
Claim Accumulation is your accumulated claims that record in this menu.
How to see your Claim Accumulation as below:
1. You click the Claim Accumulation button
2. Click your policy, member number, benefit & Policy Year
3. Click the Search button, all claim accumulation will appear in this menu.

ExcessClaim
Excess Claim is your excess claim menu. If you have excess it will appear all in this menu.

Claim information is contains your all claim information.

2. Click your policy, member number and don't forget to click Search

REIMBURSEMENT CLAIM PROCEDURE HALODOC
✓ If through the e-Friend portal will be processed within 5 working days since the
original claim document received by FWD Life.
✓ If not through e-Friend portal, it will be processed within 7 - 10 working days since
the original claim document received by FWD Life.
• Documents that do not meet the above requirements will be informed by email to
Participants to be completed within 30 days from the notification sent by FWD Life.
