Steps to Access Vidal Health App

Vidal Health App, (Vidal Health TPA) can organize your diagnostic
tests/appointments with health care service providers. Follow the steps
below to book an appointment for the checkup:

1. Download the Vidal Health Mobile app

2. Login with your mobile number and email ID (personal/official)
and proceed for registration
3. Enter OTP received on the registered mobile number
4. Click on “Corporate Corner” and add your Ericsson Email ID
5. Enter OTP received on your Ericsson email address.

6. Once success message received, click on “Health Checks” followed

by applicable package (Ericsson – Executive Health Check-up
Package Male / Female).
7. Select the city or enter the Pin Code to view the network providers

Select the checkup venue of your choice, click on Next, select the booking
date and submit.
