__________Today, I attended an activity/seminar, entitled “Sprout
University” and I had the opportunity to be introduced about my
company, the Sprouts Solutions Philippines, Inc., the company culture,
rules such as those related to leaves, payroll, conduct, and most
importantly, the company’s mission. Sprout Solution’s uses
technology in addressing key concerns in the HR industry: Managing
payroll systems; and automating deductions and contributions to
government channels such as the BIR, SSS, Pag-Ibig, and

Inc.. This includes the Product, Marketing, HR, IT, Engineering- where
I belong to and many more. After that, I had the opportunity to be
introduced to my team, which is the Front-End Development Team in
the Engineering Department. We had a team lunch and I was
