and Receipt of Bids for the Procurement of Civil Works Contracts'; the Procurement
Service (PrS), in coordination with the Information Management System (IMS), will conduct a
training for the officials/employees directly responsible in the implementation of the subject DO.
Said personnel shall act as "Trainors" who are responsible in cascading the guidelines to their
concerned District Engineering Offices (DEOs) in order to ensure smooth transition to the new
online system.
To have a full understanding of the new system, the following should attend: (1) BAC
Chairperson; (2) Head of the BAC Secretariat; (3) Head of the TWG; and (4) Regional
Information Support Officer (RITSO). Representative/s from District Engineering Offices (DEOs)
who wish to attend shall act as Observers.
