Course Objectives

- To build up a solid basis for developing mathematical models of


electric machines in a form convenient for the analysis,

- To acquire knowledge and skills in digital simulation tools.


Modeling
A model is the substitute of the real system.

The model must reflect the essential characteristics of the physical system.
