50th BSP PROVINCIAL JAMBOREE

1. The Nueva Ecija Council Boy Scouts of the Philippines will be holding its 50th BSP
Provincial Jamboree which is scheduled on November 12 - 16, 2019 at the BSP
Camp Palayan City with a theme ”COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE ”

2. All District and Secondary Schools of Private and Public are requested to send their
respective contingents to this Jamboree and it must be currently registered with the
BSP. Arrangement shall be made with the School Head to minimize disruption of
classes.

3. A Jamboree fee of Five Hundred Fifty pesos (PHP 550.00) shall be charged each
delegate to cover expenses on souvenir items such as t-shirt, bag, I.D. w/lace, and
certificates, Camp materials and other incidental expenses to be incurred in the entire
duration of the Jamboree.

4. Please be advise that the deadline for the Pre- Registration is on October 25, 2019. A
non refundable but transferable Registration Deposit of Three Hundred pesos
(php 300.00) pesos must be paid to the Council on ore before the said date. The
remaining balance must be settled not later than 11 November 2019.

5. Pre-registered participants shall be prioritized in the distribution of souvenirs.

Participants who will fail to pre-register will still be accepted for an On-site
registration on November 11, 2019.

6. The Sub-Camp color and assignment of the following districts/city divisions are
enumerated below:

CD I – sub-camp MAKAKALIKASAN
CD II- sub-camp MAKABANSA
CD III-sub-camp MAKATAO
CD IV-sub-camp MAKADIYOS
Private Sch./City Divisions-sub-camp MAPAGKAIBIGAN

7. The arrival of the participants is on November 11 in the morning. The Grand Opening
Ceremony is scheduled on November 12, 2019 at 8:00 O’clock in the morning.
8. The delegates who will attend in this activity make emphasis on tent tage and food
provision, extension wire and 3 screw type fluorescent bulbs. Appliances and
unnecessary gadget are strictly prohibited in the camp in order to avoid electric
shortage and malfunctioning.

9. Participants should bring their parent permit, medical exam, tents, beddings, BSP
uniform ( Type –A, type – B or type –C) with rubber shoes for outdoor activities.
Notebook, pentel pen, crayons, ball pen, pencil, flashlight, toiletries and sack or
garbage bag.

10. Big container or drum, KYBO, wet and dry pits shall be provided by the contingents.

11. All interested parties are hereby requested to coordinate with the Nueva Ecija
Council Headquarter regarding the details and mechanics of the Jamboree.

12. Skilled Woodbadge Holder who are interested to be part of the Council Service Team
are encouraged to register until October 4, 2019. Application fee of Php 500 pesos
inclusive of CST black jacket with BSP Logo shall be made to the Council Office.

13. The participants should undertake all precautionary measures..

14. Your utmost support and cooperation is earnestly requested for the success of this
Provincial Jamboree.
