Category Qualifications
【Nationality Requirements】 Applicant and both parents must have obtained citizenship of another country
before the applicant begins the curriculum corresponding to educational program of Korean high school.
【Academic Requirements】 Applicant must have completed or expect to complete secondary education
prior to admission.
Freshmen 【Language Requirements】 Applicants must meet ① or ②.
① Applicants must have obtained TOPIK 3 level or above.
② Applicants must have obtained IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL PBT 530 or above.
(English track)
【Nationality Requirements】 Applicant and both parents must have obtained citizenship of another country
before the applicant begins the curriculum corresponding to educational program of Korean high school.
【Academic Requirements】 Applicant must meet ① or ②.
① Applicants must have completed or expect complete at least two years of a
degree program at a four-year university.
Transfer ② Applicants must have completed or expect to complete 2~3 years at a
community college.
【Language Requirements】 Applicants must meet ① or ②.
① Applicants must have obtained TOPIK 3 level or above.

Scholarship
▶ TOPIK scholarship
- Students who passed TOPIK 2 will receive test application fee back.
- Students who passed TOPIK 3 or above will receive 200,000 KRW.

▶ Merit-based scholarship
- 1st place: A student with the highest score in each class will receive 100,000 KRW.
- 2nd place: A student with the second-highest score in each class will receive 50,000 KRW.

▶ Starter scholarship: Enrollment fee will be waived for students who completed Korean
Language Course and enter Y’sU.

▶ Undergraduate and graduate students of Y’sU who want to take Korean Language Course
will receive 50% off of tuition(maximum 2 semester).
