How to come up with WSO ideas

using Warrior Forum itself + 3 Other
Sources
The thing about coming up with ideas is to come up with “Profitable”
ideas, not just any idea. And to do that, you can turn your a en on to
four different sources. I’ll explain each one of them one by one below
as you read further.
● Using Warrior Forum

It’s quite simple actually. Checkout the “Warrior Forum Special Offers”
sec on on Warrior Forum and si through the the first page lis ngs.
See what’s selling. Take a look at which thread has high number of
replies and take a note of them.
Here’s the link: www.warriorforum.com/warrior-special-offers/

2
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar

These are all ideas that you can work on, modify and develop further.
At this point don’t worry about whether you can execute the idea or
not. In this step you’re just no cing what’s selling, what’s hot. You’re
gauging the demand.

● Using Warrior Plus

Sign up at warriorplus.com and take a look the “Top products” sec on.
That alone should give you a damn good idea about what’s selling these
days. I can tell you right off the bat that the products doing good these
days are the ones related to these topics: Youtube, Twi er, Fiverr, CPA,
Arbitrage and Affiliate Marke ng and anything to do with traffic
genera on and list building. These topics always seem to be in demand
no ma er what. Other topics come and go like a fad (example
Teespring) but these topics are evergreen.

3
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar

● Using MunchEye

Oh yes. MunchEye.com is amazing. Play around with this site a li le

and you’ll see why this site is so good. It basically gives you an endless

supply of ideas not just for product topics but also for JV promo on and
affiliate a rac on. We’ll talk about JVs and affiliates later on. For now, I
recommend that you start using muncheye.com and start ge ng used
to it.

● Using Facebook Groups

Using Facebook groups is a great way to keep yourself update with
what’s going on in the WSO world right now. Who’s launching what etc.
In fact I have a separate Facebook profile just for this purpose. I’ve
joined all kinds of Warriorforum, internet marke ng and WSO launch
groups and added influen al people to my friend list so I can know
what’s hot in the market and what the trends are. I suggest you do the
same. All these internet marketers on Facebook like to promote their
stuff on Facebook, talking about their upcoming products, pos ng JV
pages etc. It’s great fun to watch it and a good learning resource as
well.
In the next chapter you will learn:

● Various ways to put your own angles and twists to exis ng

product ideas, in order to make them original and crea ve.
Action Steps

● Take your me to browse through Warrior Forum, Warrior Plus, Munch Eye and Fb Groups.
● List down 10 poten al product ideas.

Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar

How to use product ideas from

Warrior Forum but add your own
twist and angle to make it unique
So once you’ve found a general broad idea about which topic you want
to create your WSO about, it’s me to put some sort of twist or angle
to it to make it original or crea ve.

Let’s say you come across a WSO that teaches how to make money
using Youtube marke ng and CPA offers. So basically it’s about
genera ng traffic from Youtube videos and sending it to your CPA
offers. You really like this idea and you want to create a WSO about a
similar topic... something to do with video marke ng and/or CPA
marke ng. But you don’t want to look like a copy-cat.

So here are several ways to add twists and angles to this idea to make it
different:
Change the mechanism
So rather than using Youtube to generate traffic, you can talk about
forum marke ng to generate traffic. So on your WSO you can talk about
how to generate tons of free traffic to your CPA offers using Forum
Marke ng.
Change the outcome
So rather than making money from CPA offers, you can change the
outcome to list building. So in your WSO you can teach “how to
generate targeted list for free using nothing by Youtube videos.”

Change the means

So you’re s ll talking about Youtube and CPA but the twist you can add

6
So you’re s ll talking about Youtube and CPA but the twist you can add
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar
is this: “Use this brand new push-bu on so ware to create tons of
videos and explode your video marke ng!” The point here is that
instead of changing the idea, you can add a layer on top of an exis ng
idea and make it unique that way.

Change the mode of delivery

You can simply change the mode of delivery of your WSO without
changing the idea. So if you’re inspired by an idea that you saw in a
ebook.... you can offer the same idea/method as COACHING! Your
welcome :)
Change the stats
Keep everything same, just change the stats based on your experience.
Example: “How I Made $2350 in 7 Days Using Youtube Marke ng and
CPA”. These stats are what will make your WSO unique.

Turn it into a case study

Similar to above, but present it as a case study.

Turn it into a follow-along case study

Present it as follow along case study. Example: “Watch Me Make $1000
in Next 30 Days Using Youtube and CPA Marke ng!”
Combine two or more methods
Example: “How to Make Money With CPA Offers Using Reddit and
Youtube”

Hide an element
Example: “How to Make Money With CPA Offers Using a FREE Traffic
Source That Anyone Can Use Right Now!”

So there you go. These are my ps and tricks to generate product ideas
and how to make them unique by adding twists and angles to it.

● A special tool I use to structure my ideas

Ac on Steps
● Use one or more of the above techniques to turn a product idea into your own unique idea.

Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar

How to properly structure your idea

so you know exactly what your WSO
is all about rather than start working
on a WSO and getting lost half way
through

The tool I use to structure my ideas is this>> h p://gliffy.com

It’s used for various purposes like wireframing and making flowcharts
etc. I’m sure you’ll find it extremely useful

Follow these steps as I explain how to use Gliffy to structure ideas:

As an example, let’s say your product is about making money with

Youtube and CPA.

1. Start dragging boxes and arrows to the drawing screen and name
them appropriately.

2. Link them appropriately

Here’s a sample structure I made on Gliffy that will illustrate this:

9
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar

Remember, you’re s ll in the planning stage. On Gliffy you’re actually

laying out your plan. You don’t want to just dive into crea ng your WSO
and plan “along the way”. That’s a wrong approach and o en what
leads to something called analysis-paralysis. Why? Because you’re
analyzing and crea ng at the same me... this o en leads to conflict
and delay. Therefore, before you even begin working on your actual
WSO, first plan it out... either do it by hand or use Gliffy as I do. With
Gliffy, it’s easy to modify the plan as you go (and that’s fine, at least you
should have a plan to begin with).

Your plan helps you see visually what’s happening and what’s going to
10

happen next... you can see the flow of ideas... how you will lead from
one point to another. This way you can’t get lost halfway through.
Makes sense?

Point being: Separate planning stage from crea ng stage << Very
crucial.

This will help you no ma er whether you’re wri ng an ebook or doing

an audio/video recording.
Ac on Steps
● Take just one idea from the many ideas that you came up with in previous sec ons.
● Lay it out in a structured way using Gliffy.

11
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar

Using bullet points your expand your

plan into a full blown WSO and the
secret to crafting killer bullets

I love using bullet points. It’s great for brainstorming and further
breaking down the plan into a full blown WSO.

In fact this is the simplest way I’ve ever seen to quickly go from idea to
solid concrete content.

As you can see while reading this WSO, I’ve simply taken the bullet
points that I wrote in the sales copy for this product, and now I’m just
expanding on those bullets.

It can’t get any easier than this.

So here’s what to do next:

1. Open your plan that you made with Gliffy

2. Star ng going through the plan from top and bo om.

3. At every step of the plan, write 5 to 10 bullet points
corresponding to the plan.
4. So by the me you reach the end, you may have around 50
different bullet points.

5. Now si through the bullets and delete the ones which you think
are not really needed.

12
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar

6. By the end of this exercise, you’ll have a list of solid 10 to point

bullet points that you can expand on (just like I’m doing now) in
your WSO.

Just to reiterate: The Gliffy plan, as you must have realized by now, will
help you stay focused while your execu ng the plan (i.e. Wri ng bullet
points)... else you may find yourself going in all direc ons and not
knowing where and when to stop.
The Secret of Cra ing Killer Bullet Points

There are 101 ways about how to write good bullet points. Perhaps you
already know some tricks out of the bag.

I’m going to show you the technique that I personally find to be the
best. It’s simple yet very powerful. And it’s something I learned from
one of the best internet marketers I’ve ever known.

Without spilling a lot beans, here’s the technique in a nutshell:

A killer bullet point is made up of two parts: A benefit statement and
elabora on.
The benefit statement should be very bold (almost hypey) and the
elabora on statement should tone down the hype and add believability.
Here are some examples with the technique in ac on:

{Blue statements are benefit statements. Green statements are

elabora on statements}

Using outlines to transform your

simple idea into a fully structured
road map, and in doing so, save
yourself tons of hours in your WSO
production!
“The key to crea ng a great product starts with you crea ng a great
outline.” - Jimmy Brown
This is more like a bonus sec on, I won’t really get into much detail...
but enough to give you a solid idea about what I’m talking about.
Do you find yourself ge ng stuck in product crea on? Perhaps once
you start, you never come around finishing it? Or maybe you just keep
on rambling all over the place?
You’re lacking focus and direc on.
You don’t know how to organize your ideas and put them together.

That’s why, before wri ng even the first word of your info product,
what you need to have in place is a product “Outline”.
It’s like table of contents, but not exactly.
It’s a li le more descrip ve than table of contents.

It’s YOUR plan of a ack. It’s how YOU are going to organize and write
your ebook ( or book or magazine or whatever). It’s for YOUR eyes only.

Benefits of having an outline

15
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar

1. It let’s you organize your thoughts and the flow of your info
product.

2. It helps you priori ze the informa on rather than just filling up

disorganized info here and there.
3. It helps you remember all the points you want to make.

4. It helps you generate more ideas! It’s true. During the process of
developing the outline, your mind starts throwing out new ideas
at you and you’re like “Why didn’t I think of that before!”
So here’s one type of product outline which I call the “Step by Step”
outline
As the tle suggests, this type of outline is most suitable for “How To”
kind of products.
The idea is to enrich each step by breaking down the steps into sub-
steps and further sec ons that are not usually covered in the steps
itself.
So for example you’re wri ng a report on “How To Write a Product
Review Ar cle in 9 Easy Steps”. So you have your 9 main steps. Each
step can broken down sub-steps, each sub-step further filled with
sec ons like “Cau on” or “Warnings”... where you explain things that
can go wrong in comple ng the step.
Then end with a recap or resources sec on, or both.

Here’s a sample...

How to start creating your WSO using

a specific MINDSET that destroys any
mental obstacles like writer's block,
if you have any!
So you’re working on you WSO, whether it’s an ebook or audio/video
program... or a combina on.... doesn’t ma er - And at some point you
get stuck.
You just can’t think of what more to say or write.
You’re short of content.

(Btw, this is what’s also known as Writer’s Block)

So here’s a simple strategy that will help you get “unstuck” and release
the mental brakes of your mind.. so you’ll magically start producing
content again..

Just start thinking from a “Newbie’s” perspec ve!

That’s all there is to it.
At any point you feel you’re stuck, ask yourself: “What more can I add
that would help an absolute beginner/newbie to learn this more
effec vely?”
Or this: “Is there anything I would write if my audience were a bunch of
complete newbies?”
“What more would a newbie want to learn about this method?”
20
“What more would a newbie want to learn
Product about
Launch this method?”
Roadmap by Osman Safdar

Get the idea?

Asking these ques ons to yourself, and pretending that your audience
is newbie, will make it easier for you to come up with more content
than you can ever handle.

I wrote an ebook some me ago using the same method. It’s called “ A
Unique Instagram Business Model”. I sold it as a WSO and it got rave
reviews. If you look at it, you’ll realize it’s just me answering a bunch of
ques ons. And I started from the ques on “What is Instagram?” - even
though most of us know what Instagram is but again I was keeping the
brand new newbie in mind.

Formatting your WSO for final

production

So now you’ve wri en your WSO ebook, it’s me for final forma ng.
Here’s some forma ng ps that I personally use which you might find
helpful:
● Use Google Docs to write your books, sales pages etc. It’s always
there in the cloud and so you’ll never need to back up
● Make use of text styles right on top at Google Docs menu bar. It
helps in forma ng your stuff quickly.
● Use “Page Breaks” to make your ebook (if your WSO is an ebook)
more organized and less clu ered.
The important point is - and I’ve seen big name marketers do this - is
not to get carried away by forma ng WHILE your wri ng. Don’t let
your mind be over-consumed with the thought that “is it looking
good?”. Get the content out first, then go over forma ng as per my
sugges ons above.
EDIT: Halfway through wri ng this ebook, I decided to start using
Scrivener for ebooking wri ng. So I migrated all my content to
Scrivener… and as of now, I don’t use Google Docs anymore. Scrivener
just rocks! Period. I learned how to use Scrivener by watching this short
video tutorial >> h ps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=74PRwVvxt_g

ONE SPECIFIC type of WSO

headline/title that I have seen
working again and again! Use this
type of headline to FORCE people to
click on your WSO link in Warrior
Forum Special Offers Thread!

I’m sure there are books, guides and WSOs that deal only with the
science and psychology behind wri ng effec ve headlines.
In fact it is a science in itself. No doubt.

But for the purposes of launching a WSO, there are some keys things
that work be er than anything else. And that’s what I want to talk
about in this sec on.

Btw, just to make sure you know what I’m talking about... I’m talking
about WSO headlines or tles that show up on Warrior Forum Special
Offers thread.
So how do you write a headline/ tle that actually stands out from the
crowd? It’s this...
Men on the guarantee in the headline!

Something as simple as “Guaranteed Results in 24 Hours” would work

wonders.

Example:
23
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar

“Generate Targeted List from Simple Youtube Videos - Guaranteed

Results in 24 Hours!”

Do this and watch how many views you get on your WSO thread.
Some marketers don’t like to offer guarantees and refunds. And that’s
arguable. But I assume a good percentage of Warriors do offer some
kind of guarantees... so if you do, and I suggest you do specially when
you’re just star ng out... then I suggest embed the guarantee right in
the WSO tle big and bold!

Easy Ways to have more upsells in

WSO funnel without spinning your
wheels
When beginners think of upsells and OTOs, it feels like a lot of work and
overwhelming. But in fact it doesn’t have to be so.
Here are some ways you can create an effec ve sales funnel consis ng
of front-end product followed by three upsells/downsells:
Assuming your front end product of your WSO is an ebook...

● Your OTO 1 can be a coaching offer or a done-for-you (DFY)

service. Both coaching and DFY services are high cket items and
can be priced anywhere between $97 to $497, depending on how
credible you are and how good your offer is. If you’re shy or not
comfortable with coaching, go for DFYs. Here’s a pro p: You can
always find someone on Fiverr offering the same or similar DFY at
a lower price! There you go.... outsource the DFY service and keep
the profits in your pocket ;)

● Your OTO 2 can be simply be a video version of your main

product. So you just record videos of you implemen ng the
strategies that you teach in your ebook... and offer it as OTO 2. It
can be priced anywhere from $17 to $47. The video(s) don’t need
to be fancy. But you can add a nice li le touch by using some kind
of a intro video. There are several sellers on Fiverr who can do
this. Here’s what I use mostly: [fiverr link]
● OTO 3 can simply be a package of all your previous WSOs
combined! That’s what I did in my last WSO called Easy Flipping

25

combined! That’s what I did in my last WSO called Easy Flipping
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar
Cash.

Now, there are several ways to come up with OTOs... I know I know. But
here I just wanted to give you the easiest ways to do it.

But here’s an even MORE easier way to deal with OTOs....

● Buy PLR rights to a product and offer it as OTO!

Now i’m not talking those cheap crappy PLR products. I’m talking about
high quality stuff.... like the PLR products put out by Sean Mize or
Trevor Dumbleton.... those are quality stuff. I encourage buying their
PLR products.

And here’s yet another way of going about your OTO without crea ng
anything on your own:
● Sell OTO as an affiliate!

This is a lesser used strategy but one that i personally like. So let’s say
you want your first OTO to be a coaching service. So go out and look for
coaching WSOs that offer affiliate program... and by now i think you’ve
already figured out....yes, offer the coaching as an affiliate :)

2 different types of funnels you can

use to maximize your earnings
So let me show you two different types of funnels you can create with
your front-end product and OTOs. And then I’ll discuss pros and cons of
each. I’ll show you examples from my own WSO called “Easy Flipping
Cash”.
1st type

This is the most common type. The image that you see above is directly
taken from WarriorPlus. So when you launch your own WSO using
WarriorPlus, you’ll be able to see you funnel map there.

Pros:
1. Easy to setup.

1. Doesn’t take customers through various loops (this is very

frustra ng for buyers. They don’t want to cross through all these
pages just to access their product)
1. Psychologically more effec ve. In terms of sales psychology, a er
27
1. Psychologically more effec ve. InLaunch

sales psychology, a er
by Osman Safdar
someone buys your front-end product, you need to present them
a higher priced offer (upsell - oto 1). If they decide to buy this,
then you must present them more higher priced offer (upsell - oto
2). But if they decide not to buy oto 1, then its be er to present
them a lower priced offer (downsell - oto 2). So as you can see,
this type of funnel is built on sound psychological principles.

2nd type
Here’s the second type of funnel setup. I personally haven’t tested this
vigorously so encourage you to test it.

The map shows it all! You can think of this is an evilish kinda funnel
setup. Why? Because it makes your buyer go through all the upsells and
downsells no ma er if they buy or don’t buy the previous product!

For example, if someone buys the OTO 1 >> He will be presented with
OTO 2

But even if he doesn’t buy OTO 2 (by clicking on “No Thanks, I’m not
interested in this one me offer) >> He will s ll be presented with OTO
2 sales page!

The biggest benefit I see in this type is that it makes your buyer “View”
all the OTOs. Like they have no choice :D

28
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar
But here’s the catch if you want to use this type of funnel: Your offer
and sales copy must be very good!

Here’s why: Because this is the type of funnel that will make your buyer
go through all the loops - and as I men oned it before - people
generally don’t really like doing that.
So unless your sales le ers are top-notch, be cau ous with this kind of
funnel setup.

But of course if you have excellent sales pages etc, and you just want
more eyeballs to see your OTOs... then give this a try.

29
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar

How to setup and integrate your WSO

and all the OTOs, sales pages etc in
WarriorPlus
So now you have all your products (front end and OTOs) ready and all
the sales pages and download pages read >> It’s me to setup
everything and integrate in Warriorplus.com

So here’s a step by step detailing of how to do it:

Overview

For this example, I’ll be showing you how to setup a front-end product
with three OTOs structured as follows:

... where OTO 2 and OTO 3 are upsell and downsell respec vely.
30
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar

So a er purchasing the front-end product, you buyer is presented with

OTO 1 offer. If the buyer buys OTO 1 he’s shown the OTO 2 offer but if
the buyer clicks the “No thanks, I don’t want to buy your one- me
unique offer” then he’s presented with a lower priced OTO 3.
We’ll setup this funnel on Warrior Plus.

In a nutshell, there are two sec ons in Warrior Plus:

--> Products - add each product, link to the sales page, put in pricing,
link to your autoresponder, link to download page, repeat for each
product.

--> Offers - add each product in its place in the funnel, whether it's an
upsell or a downsell, get the code for the bu ons and the no thanks
links.
So first we’ll add products and then create offers.

Turn over the page to dive into the details!

Products Setup
In WarriorPlus terminology, an Offer consists of two or more Products.
So first we’ll setup the Products (front-end and all the OTOs) and then
link them all in the Offer. Once that’s done, you now have a complete
Funnel.

Here are the steps in detail:

Assuming your front-end and all OTOs, download pages and thank you
pages are ready, here’s what to do next.
31
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar

1. Hop over to WarriorPlus.com and register for a free account.

2. Verify your account via email and login to your Warrior Plus
account.
3. Click ‘Vendors’ and then ‘Products’.
4. Click the green bu on that says ‘+ New Product’

5. What you now see is the Product Editor. Here you’ll enter your
product details as I’ve marked in the image below.
6. Click ‘Save’.
7. Congratula ons! You’ve now setup your first product - the front
end product.

Follow the exact same steps to setup the OTOs.

Your final Products page should look like this...

So by the end of it, you’ll have four products: A front-end product,
OTO1, OTO2 and OTO3.

Once that’s done, we head over to the Offers page to link all the
products in a proper funnel.

Offer Setup

32
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar
1. Click ‘Offers’ under ‘Vendors’.

2. Click + New Offer.

3. Fill in the details as follows and click Create.

4. Click on the li le gear icon near Main Page and then select ‘Page
Setup’ and update the info as follows and press Save.
5. Now click “+ New Page” for your OTO 1.

6. Similarly click “+ New Page” and create pages for OTO2 and
OTO3.

7. You should have something like this now...

8. If you scroll down, you can see the Offer Map. It’s not mapped at
the moment. This is just a visual demonstra on of your funnel.
Right now the funnel is not linked up.

9. Let’s link ‘em up!

10. We need to go over each “Offer Page” block and add relevant
products by clicking “Add a Product”. Let’s add a product for the
front-end.

11. On the Front-End block, click “Add a product”.

12. Similarly add products for the others pages and setup the upsells
and downsells along.

13. Similarly add products for the other OTOs.

33
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar
And now if you look at the Offer Map sec on below, you can see that
the map is perfectly shown just as we had planned.

That’s it!

Se ng Up Payment Bu ons and “No thanks...” Links

This is a very crucial step not to be missed.

Now that the offer and the products it contains has been setup, it’s
me to setup the payment bu ons and the “No thanks...” type of links
on all the sales pages (front end and the OTOs).

So let’s do it!

1. First we’ll setup the payment bu on for the front end. Click on
the li le text that says “Get Code”.
2. You should now see this on your screen. Simply customize the
look and feel of the bu on and then copy the html or forum code
and hyperlink that to your payment bu on on your sales page. If
it’s a self-hosted sales page, you’d need the html code. If it’s a
WSO, you’ll need the forum code. Click “Close” and you’re done.

3. Now we’ll do the same for OTO 1. Click “Get Code” and customize

Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar

The key to making strategic

relationships with potential JVs and
affiliates so you can make more
money from your WSOs even if you
have a small list!
There’s no secret out there on how to be friends with JVs and affiliates.
It’s all about connec ng, socializing etc.

But I understand your need to have a “Blueprint” or “Roadmap” of

some sort, so at least you can get started.
So here’s what I did... I thought about how I personally got in touch and
made strategic rela onships with some affiliates... and then I reverse-
engineered my ac vi es and listed them below for your eyes to feast.

It’s nothing ground-sha ering . But it’s good enough to give you a
kickstart.
So here’s how to start becoming friends with poten al JVs and
affiliates:

1. Get on Facebook and add all these ac ve internet marketers to

your friend list. You can find them on popular joint venture type
groups. See appendix for more details.

2. Make sure you post valuable stuff on your Facebook page

otherwise you might look like a fake person.

3. Start interac ng in Facebook groups and start talking to internet

marketers.
36
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar

4. Nothing aggressive or fancy. Just tell them you bought their

product/WSO and really like it. They’ll be happy.
5. Reach out to them a er a few days and tell them briefly about
your results you achieved with their product. They’ll be really
happy.

6. A er a few more days, ask them if they’re working on any new

product and if yes, express your interest in buying it.
7. Comment on their posts and status updates.

8. A er you’ve done all the above, tell them you’re working on a

new product and send them your sales page link. Ask them what
they think about it.
9. If your sales page is good, they’ll reply you back with posi ve
words.

10. At this point, you can share your JV page with them and ask them
if they would be interested in signing up as an affiliate.
So there you go. This is how you should approach JVs and affiliates.
Nobody likes to get a sudden random message from Mr. No Body
begging them to promote their product! Build a rela onship first, get
into their good books and then start pitching.

Keep on reading as I have a couple more interes ng ps to share about

a rac ng affiliates. And one specific is so good you won’t even need to
spend much me in building prior rela onship!

How to use download pages to attract

more affiliates and grow your list!
So if you start spending some me on joint venture and product launch
groups on Facebook, you’ll be aware on upcoming product launches.
And if you followed my ps from the previous sec on about rela on
building with poten al JVs and affiliates... you can approach them a
week or two before their launch and request them to offer your
product as a “Bonus” on their download pages/thank you pages.

Create a unique and exclusive product that he or she can use as a bonus
product or as a free gi for subscribers. Naturally, your free product
should include links to your newsle er op n (or squeeze page).

Now, if he’s going to do a big product launch, then trust me you are
going to get a lot of subscribers fast!
In fact you can just use one of your previous WSOs/products for this
purpose.

Now, you can also reverse the process!

Why not offer other big marketers to insert their products as bonus on
your download pages?! There are a couple benefits of doing this:

1. You’ll start ge ng a en on from them!

1. There’s a high chance they’ll remember you! So on your next

product launch you can invite them to promote your product and
chances of them saying yes would be higher :)

Don’t jump into their technique right away. You need to build some
credibility first, and then leverage that credibility to advance into this
technique.

And in the next sec on, I will share a strategy with you that can help
you build credibility almost instantly!

39
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar

The ONE simple strategy to build

instant credibility, get more affiliates
on board and make more sales!
(forget everything else you know or
do about attracting affiliates)
This is my favorite method to get affiliates on board. Doesn’t require
much legwork and gets even easier once you get the hang of it.

But you need to give this a shot at least 2 weeks before your launch.

Here’s what I’m talking about: Get interviewed by marketers!

There are a couple famous marketers out there who run their own
online marke ng shows. Each week they bring in a new marketer and
interview them about their upcoming launch. They record the interview
and blast it out to their mailing lists along with their affiliate links.

Some of the famous ones who do marke ng interviews are:

●h p://mikefrommaine.com
●h p://marke ngwithidrees.com
●h p://thedotcomgal.com
●h p://huwhughes.com/

It’s a win-win situa on for both you and them.

You get a wide exposure to yourself and your launch. In turn, affiliates
star ng signing up to promote your product... because these interview
shows are popular among affiliates and JVs.

40
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar
And the marketers who produce these shows... they get content for
their site! And they make affiliate commissions by promo ng your
product to their list!

Now, don’t be scared by the thought of giving interviews. It might feel

in mida ng at first but it’s really no rocket science. First watch other
interviews that are there on the site... so you can get familiar with the
style of the host and familiar with what kinda ques ons you’re gona get
asked.

Wana check out my first interview? Here’s the link:

I stumbled, stu ered and got stuck at mes... but nevertheless I pushed
against my will and gave the interview.

The result?

● Instant credibility! (I can simply approach poten al affiliates and

tell them “Hey I just an interview about my upcoming product
launch... here’s the link... would you be interested in promo ng
for me?”

● Lot more affiliates! (I got a lot more affiliates as a result of this

one interview)

You must be wondering how I approached Huw to get to interview

me...?

Well as a ma er of fact, I was approach by him :)

How?
Out of curiousity, I asked Huw how he came across my product launch?
And he told me he found out about it from MunchEye.com
41
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar

Tadaa! Another lesson for you...

ALWAYS list your product launch in MunchEye.com... that itself will

generate some buzz (and might land you on an interview!)
To increase your chances of being spo ed by big name marketers, make
sure your JV page looks good.

The next sec on is all about JV pages.

42
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar

The exact elements that must be there

in a JV page to make it more effective
If you haven’t joined JV groups on Facebook, do it now. Here are some
of them:

https://www.facebook.com/groups/muncheye
https://www.facebook.com/groups/warriorjv/
https://www.facebook.com/groups/jvlaunch

For starters, here’s a good place to begin:

h p://muncheye.com
Checkout a few JV pages there and study them. Find out what’s
common in all of them...what makes them stand out.

No need to sign up or anything. Click click on any of the links under Big
Launches and then click on the JV link.

43
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar

Basically, here’s the bare minimum that needs to be there in your JV

page if you really want to make a good first impression:

1. Catch headline
2. Launch date
3. Sales page preview link
4. JV video
5. JV list signup bu on
6. Affiliate signup bu on
7. Introductory text
8. Short video about your product
9. Illustra on of the funnel and pricing structure
10. Affiliate commissions structure
11. Short blurb telling poten al JVs and affiliates why their customers
will like your product
12. Email swipes
13. Ready made banners
14. JV contest and prizes sec on
15. Signup bu ons sprinkled throughout
44
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar

Take a look at my JV page that I made from my previous WSO and see if
you can find all these elements there: h p://easyflippingcash.com/jv/

In case you’re wondering what so ware/plugin I used to make this JV

page...

I use InstaBuilder.
I love InstaBuilder.... I use it make all my sales pages, JV pages, op n
pages and what not. In my opinion it’s much be er than Op mizePress
and even be er than most other systems offering similar capabili es
like Thrive builder etc.
I highly recommend you to get InstaBuilder and start using it to create
your sales pages.

Outsourcing JV page elements

Here’s some info on outsourcing some parts of your JV page which you
may find helpful:

● Email swipes

You don’t have to write these yourself. You can outsource this on Fiverr
just like I did. Here’s the seller I used and recommend:

● Banners

I outsourced the banner designing to this dude on Fiverr:

Using These Nifty Little JV Tactics
That Will Instantly Make You Look

If you’re a detail oriented person, you’re going to like this sec on :)

The secret to making a lot of money from your product launches is to
have big name JVs and affiliates on board.

Unless you’re selling a high- cket item, where just a few sales from
organic traffic will cut the chase for you... you’re going to want to have
JVs and affiliates on board. I realized this the hard way and I s ll need
to work on my own JV a rac on skills (slow and steady wins the race,
hehe).

But here’s what I myself am going to focus more on, and you should do
too:

1. Look at the Muncheye.com calendar to see what dates are open

with the least amount of compe on from HUGE launches and
SIMILAR product launches. Then, you ask around some JV
partners that have helped you before if the tenta ve date might

partners that have helped you before if the tenta ve date might

be a date they can mail out YOUR offer to their list ;)

2. Impress poten al JVs by producing high quality JV invita on

videos!
The following video

The best time to launch your WSO for

maximum results without any
affiliates
The best me to launch your WSO, in my opinion, is when
WarriorForum has the highest number of visitors. That way you can rely
on organic visitors to bring you a couple sales.

And that usually happens around 7pm onwards according to GMT+3

mezone. You can convert this to your mezone here>>
h p://www.world mebuddy.com/
That’s the me I see forum visitors start going up.

The reason to do this is 2-fold:

1. It will help you get some sales and drive your EPCs up.
1. And then the higher EPCs will catch the a en on of poten al
affiliates who will then hopefully signup for your affiliate program.

Using Social Proof to Increase Your

WSO Sales Fast
Here’s how this works: A week or two before your launch day, ask for
some product reviews from other Warriors. Giveaway your WSO to
them for free in exchange for an honest review. Once the reviews start
coming in, select the posi ve ones and them them to kindly post the
same review on your actual WSO thread.

The more posi ve reviews, the be er. This is called Social Proof and it
definitely helps to kick in some sales.
Where to find Warriors who can review your product

There are mainly three ways to go about it:

1. Create a thread in Warrior Forum’s thread called Reviewers

Wanted (it costs $20 to post a thread) and ask for reviews in
exchange for the WSO. Want to see this in ac on? Click here to
take a look at the my own “Reviewers Wanted” thread that I did
for my WSO called Easy Flipping Cash.

50
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar
2. Here’s the free way to get reviews: Post a review wanted post in
Facebook groups that are related to WSO launches, product
launch, JVs etc. If you’ve already joined those groups, good. Now
you just need to go there and make a post request other Warriors
to review your product... of course, in exchange for free WSO.

3. This is needless to say... if you’re already friends with successful

marketers, just asked them to post a review for you!

Insider Info on How to Keep Tire

Kickers and Serial Refund Seekers
Away from You!
I suggest not using “Uncondi onal” or “No Ques ons Asked” money-
back guarantees. This will invite non-serious people to your offers and
you’re going to have hard me catching up with their nonsense refund
requests.

I’ve had customers who ask for refund like literally 10 minutes a er
their purchased.

So make sure your money-back guarantee policy is cra ed in such a way

that it would repel these kinda buyers.

To accomplish that, here’s the standard guarantee that I usually offer:

“You have full 30 days to try this product and take action upon
it. If you implement all the steps I show in my product and yet
you don’t see any result within 30 days, I will personally
refund every single penny of your purchase! And we’ll still be
friends.”

That’s it.

So whenever I get a refund request by someone who has obviously not

gone through my product, I just point them out to my refund policy
statement and remind them that my sales le er had this policy wri en
on it in big bold le ers. Usually that’s really that I need to tell them. I
don’t hear back from them again! :D

The SECRET of making your WSO

rich and useful using a technique that
is as ancient as the print media!
When you’re done reading this sec on, you’ll realize that this was a no-
brainer... I’m sure this is going to be one of those moments where we
go “Omg why didn’t I think of doing this before?!” :D

Anyways, here’s the cat out of the bag...

What I’m talking about is “Content Blocks”.

Content blocks are a great way to stuff up your info product! Did I just
say that?! Yep.

These are also called filler material.

You know, things used to make your ebook look heavy and loaded.

But content blocks are actually great. Some of you might think it’s
manipula ve, but I think it’s not. It’s actually beneficial for your
readers.

Look, not all readers consume informa on the same way. Some people
need examples. Some need ps. Some need a “recap” so that the ideas
get cemented in their mind.

So by using these content blocks we’re doing our readers a great favor.
Not only that, we’re also helping ourselves by making use of these
blocks.

53
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar
How?

Each block puts your mind in a different frame of context. And so, each
block forces your mind to explain the same informa on in a different
manner (and let your mind fire up new informa on on the way).

It also helps boost your crea vity.

To be sure you know what I am talking about, I am actually talking
about things likes quotes which you see every bestseller book has. They
begin every chapter with a quote.

Then a lot of books have an “Exercise” sec on at the end of every

chapter. These exercises are meant to make the reader go out and
apply the knowledge in real world.

These are snippets of text which I call “content blocks”. They help in
enhancing the quality and quan ty of your content! Here are some
content block examples you can use in your info products:
● Quotes
● Examples
● Tips
● Recap
● Exercise

You can sprinkle them throughout your info product. Or you use them
sparingly if you want.

With some crea vity you can also come up with your own content
blocks.
It’s great fun actually!
54
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar

Once you start recognizing these content blocks you’ll never see
content the same way as you used to!

So how many content blocks can you think of?

8?

10?

12?

In my special report I disclose over 41 different content blocks! Just

pepper your ebook with these content blocks.
