These are all ideas that you can work on, modify and develop further.
At this point don’t worry about whether you can execute the idea or
not. In this step you’re just no cing what’s selling, what’s hot. You’re
gauging the demand.

Let’s say you come across a WSO that teaches how to make money
using Youtube marke ng and CPA offers. So basically it’s about
genera ng traffic from Youtube videos and sending it to your CPA
offers. You really like this idea and you want to create a WSO about a
similar topic... something to do with video marke ng and/or CPA
marke ng. But you don’t want to look like a copy-cat.
So here are several ways to add twists and angles to this idea to make it
different:
Change the mechanism
So rather than using Youtube to generate traffic, you can talk about
forum marke ng to generate traffic. So on your WSO you can talk about
how to generate tons of free traffic to your CPA offers using Forum
Marke ng.
Change the outcome
So rather than making money from CPA offers, you can change the
outcome to list building. So in your WSO you can teach “how to
generate targeted list for free using nothing by Youtube videos.”
6
So you’re s ll talking about Youtube and CPA but the twist you can add
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar
is this: “Use this brand new push-bu on so ware to create tons of
videos and explode your video marke ng!” The point here is that
instead of changing the idea, you can add a layer on top of an exis ng
idea and make it unique that way.
Hide an element
Example: “How to Make Money With CPA Offers Using a FREE Traffic
Source That Anyone Can Use Right Now!”
So there you go. These are my ps and tricks to generate product ideas
and how to make them unique by adding twists and angles to it.

one point to another. This way you can’t get lost halfway through.
Makes sense?
Point being: Separate planning stage from crea ng stage << Very
crucial.

I love using bullet points. It’s great for brainstorming and further
breaking down the plan into a full blown WSO.
In fact this is the simplest way I’ve ever seen to quickly go from idea to
solid concrete content.
As you can see while reading this WSO, I’ve simply taken the bullet
points that I wrote in the sales copy for this product, and now I’m just
expanding on those bullets.
5. Now si through the bullets and delete the ones which you think
are not really needed.
12
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar
Just to reiterate: The Gliffy plan, as you must have realized by now, will
help you stay focused while your execu ng the plan (i.e. Wri ng bullet
points)... else you may find yourself going in all direc ons and not
knowing where and when to stop.
The Secret of Cra ing Killer Bullet Points
There are 101 ways about how to write good bullet points. Perhaps you
already know some tricks out of the bag.
I’m going to show you the technique that I personally find to be the
best. It’s simple yet very powerful. And it’s something I learned from
one of the best internet marketers I’ve ever known.

Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar
That’s why, before wri ng even the first word of your info product,
what you need to have in place is a product “Outline”.
It’s like table of contents, but not exactly.
It’s a li le more descrip ve than table of contents.
It’s YOUR plan of a ack. It’s how YOU are going to organize and write
your ebook ( or book or magazine or whatever). It’s for YOUR eyes only.
1. It let’s you organize your thoughts and the flow of your info
product.
4. It helps you generate more ideas! It’s true. During the process of
developing the outline, your mind starts throwing out new ideas
at you and you’re like “Why didn’t I think of that before!”
So here’s one type of product outline which I call the “Step by Step”
outline
As the tle suggests, this type of outline is most suitable for “How To”
kind of products.
The idea is to enrich each step by breaking down the steps into sub-
steps and further sec ons that are not usually covered in the steps
itself.
So for example you’re wri ng a report on “How To Write a Product
Review Ar cle in 9 Easy Steps”. So you have your 9 main steps. Each
step can broken down sub-steps, each sub-step further filled with
sec ons like “Cau on” or “Warnings”... where you explain things that
can go wrong in comple ng the step.
Then end with a recap or resources sec on, or both.
Here’s a sample...

I wrote an ebook some me ago using the same method. It’s called “ A
Unique Instagram Business Model”. I sold it as a WSO and it got rave
reviews. If you look at it, you’ll realize it’s just me answering a bunch of
ques ons. And I started from the ques on “What is Instagram?” - even
though most of us know what Instagram is but again I was keeping the
brand new newbie in mind.
21
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar
So now you’ve wri en your WSO ebook, it’s me for final forma ng.
Here’s some forma ng ps that I personally use which you might find
helpful:
● Use Google Docs to write your books, sales pages etc. It’s always
there in the cloud and so you’ll never need to back up
● Make use of text styles right on top at Google Docs menu bar. It
helps in forma ng your stuff quickly.
● Use “Page Breaks” to make your ebook (if your WSO is an ebook)
more organized and less clu ered.
The important point is - and I’ve seen big name marketers do this - is
not to get carried away by forma ng WHILE your wri ng. Don’t let
your mind be over-consumed with the thought that “is it looking
good?”. Get the content out first, then go over forma ng as per my
sugges ons above.
EDIT: Halfway through wri ng this ebook, I decided to start using
Scrivener for ebooking wri ng. So I migrated all my content to
Scrivener… and as of now, I don’t use Google Docs anymore. Scrivener
just rocks! Period. I learned how to use Scrivener by watching this short
video tutorial >> h ps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=74PRwVvxt_g

I’m sure there are books, guides and WSOs that deal only with the
science and psychology behind wri ng effec ve headlines.
In fact it is a science in itself. No doubt.
But for the purposes of launching a WSO, there are some keys things
that work be er than anything else. And that’s what I want to talk
about in this sec on.
Btw, just to make sure you know what I’m talking about... I’m talking
about WSO headlines or tles that show up on Warrior Forum Special
Offers thread.
So how do you write a headline/ tle that actually stands out from the
crowd? It’s this...
Men on the guarantee in the headline!
Example:
23
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar
Do this and watch how many views you get on your WSO thread.
Some marketers don’t like to offer guarantees and refunds. And that’s
arguable. But I assume a good percentage of Warriors do offer some
kind of guarantees... so if you do, and I suggest you do specially when
you’re just star ng out... then I suggest embed the guarantee right in
the WSO tle big and bold!

●
combined! That’s what I did in my last WSO called Easy Flipping
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar
Cash.
Now, there are several ways to come up with OTOs... I know I know. But
here I just wanted to give you the easiest ways to do it.
Now i’m not talking those cheap crappy PLR products. I’m talking about
high quality stuff.... like the PLR products put out by Sean Mize or
Trevor Dumbleton.... those are quality stuff. I encourage buying their
PLR products.
And here’s yet another way of going about your OTO without crea ng
anything on your own:
● Sell OTO as an affiliate!
This is a lesser used strategy but one that i personally like. So let’s say
you want your first OTO to be a coaching service. So go out and look for
coaching WSOs that offer affiliate program... and by now i think you’ve
already figured out....yes, offer the coaching as an affiliate :)
26
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar
This is the most common type. The image that you see above is directly
taken from WarriorPlus. So when you launch your own WSO using
WarriorPlus, you’ll be able to see you funnel map there.
Pros:
1. Easy to setup.
2nd type
Here’s the second type of funnel setup. I personally haven’t tested this
vigorously so encourage you to test it.
The map shows it all! You can think of this is an evilish kinda funnel
setup. Why? Because it makes your buyer go through all the upsells and
downsells no ma er if they buy or don’t buy the previous product!
For example, if someone buys the OTO 1 >> He will be presented with
OTO 2
But even if he doesn’t buy OTO 2 (by clicking on “No Thanks, I’m not
interested in this one me offer) >> He will s ll be presented with OTO
2 sales page!
The biggest benefit I see in this type is that it makes your buyer “View”
all the OTOs. Like they have no choice :D
28
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar
But here’s the catch if you want to use this type of funnel: Your offer
and sales copy must be very good!
Here’s why: Because this is the type of funnel that will make your buyer
go through all the loops - and as I men oned it before - people
generally don’t really like doing that.
So unless your sales le ers are top-notch, be cau ous with this kind of
funnel setup.
But of course if you have excellent sales pages etc, and you just want
more eyeballs to see your OTOs... then give this a try.
29
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar
For this example, I’ll be showing you how to setup a front-end product
with three OTOs structured as follows:
... where OTO 2 and OTO 3 are upsell and downsell respec vely.
30
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar
--> Products - add each product, link to the sales page, put in pricing,
link to your autoresponder, link to download page, repeat for each
product.
--> Offers - add each product in its place in the funnel, whether it's an
upsell or a downsell, get the code for the bu ons and the no thanks
links.
So first we’ll add products and then create offers.
Products Setup
In WarriorPlus terminology, an Offer consists of two or more Products.
So first we’ll setup the Products (front-end and all the OTOs) and then
link them all in the Offer. Once that’s done, you now have a complete
Funnel.
Assuming your front-end and all OTOs, download pages and thank you
pages are ready, here’s what to do next.
31
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar
5. What you now see is the Product Editor. Here you’ll enter your
product details as I’ve marked in the image below.
6. Click ‘Save’.
7. Congratula ons! You’ve now setup your first product - the front
end product.
Once that’s done, we head over to the Offers page to link all the
products in a proper funnel.
Offer Setup
32
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar
1. Click ‘Offers’ under ‘Vendors’.
4. Click on the li le gear icon near Main Page and then select ‘Page
Setup’ and update the info as follows and press Save.
5. Now click “+ New Page” for your OTO 1.
6. Similarly click “+ New Page” and create pages for OTO2 and
OTO3.
33
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar
And now if you look at the Offer Map sec on below, you can see that
the map is perfectly shown just as we had planned.
That’s it!
Now that the offer and the products it contains has been setup, it’s
me to setup the payment bu ons and the “No thanks...” type of links
on all the sales pages (front end and the OTOs).
So let’s do it!
1. First we’ll setup the payment bu on for the front end. Click on
the li le text that says “Get Code”.
2. You should now see this on your screen. Simply customize the
look and feel of the bu on and then copy the html or forum code
and hyperlink that to your payment bu on on your sales page. If
it’s a self-hosted sales page, you’d need the html code. If it’s a
WSO, you’ll need the forum code. Click “Close” and you’re done.
3. Now we’ll do the same for OTO 1. Click “Get Code” and customize
the look and feel of the payment bu on. Copy the appropriate
link and hyperlink it on your OTO 1 sales page.
4. Now on every OTO page there’s supposed to be a “No Thanks”
link at the bo om. That’s the link that redirects the prospect to
the downsell offer. To get the no thanks, simply click the “No
Thanks” link on the top and the just copy the appropriate html or
forum link code and hyperlink it to the “No thanks...” text on your
34
forum link code and hyperlink

by Osman your
OTO sales pages.
What’s remaining now is to ac vate the offer. To do that you just need
to click the “Request Approval” bu on on the top and wait ll you get a
reply from Warrior Plus. This shouldn’t take longer than 48 hours.
Free visual ebook for you: I know it would help if you can get some

It’s nothing ground-sha ering . But it’s good enough to give you a
kickstart.
So here’s how to start becoming friends with poten al JVs and
affiliates:
10. At this point, you can share your JV page with them and ask them
if they would be interested in signing up as an affiliate.
So there you go. This is how you should approach JVs and affiliates.
Nobody likes to get a sudden random message from Mr. No Body
begging them to promote their product! Build a rela onship first, get
into their good books and then start pitching.

Create a unique and exclusive product that he or she can use as a bonus
product or as a free gi for subscribers. Naturally, your free product
should include links to your newsle er op n (or squeeze page).
Now, if he’s going to do a big product launch, then trust me you are
going to get a lot of subscribers fast!
In fact you can just use one of your previous WSOs/products for this
purpose.
Why not offer other big marketers to insert their products as bonus on
your download pages?! There are a couple benefits of doing this:
38
1.
Don’t jump into their technique right away. You need to build some
credibility first, and then leverage that credibility to advance into this
technique.
And in the next sec on, I will share a strategy with you that can help
you build credibility almost instantly!
39
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar
But you need to give this a shot at least 2 weeks before your launch.
There are a couple famous marketers out there who run their own
online marke ng shows. Each week they bring in a new marketer and
interview them about their upcoming launch. They record the interview
and blast it out to their mailing lists along with their affiliate links.
40
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar
And the marketers who produce these shows... they get content for
their site! And they make affiliate commissions by promo ng your
product to their list!
The result?
How?
Out of curiousity, I asked Huw how he came across my product launch?

Take a look at my JV page that I made from my previous WSO and see if
you can find all these elements there: h p://easyflippingcash.com/jv/
I use InstaBuilder.
I love InstaBuilder.... I use it make all my sales pages, JV pages, op n

and even be er than most other systems offering similar capabili es
like Thrive builder etc.
I highly recommend you to get InstaBuilder and start using it to create
your sales pages.
Here’s some info on outsourcing some parts of your JV page which you
may find helpful:
● Email swipes
You don’t have to write these yourself. You can outsource this on Fiverr

Unless you’re selling a high- cket item, where just a few sales from
organic traffic will cut the chase for you... you’re going to want to have
JVs and affiliates on board. I realized this the hard way and I s ll need

But content blocks are actually great. Some of you might think it’s
manipula ve, but I think it’s not. It’s actually beneficial for your
readers.
Look, not all readers consume informa on the same way. Some people
need examples. Some need ps. Some need a “recap” so that the ideas
get cemented in their mind.
So by using these content blocks we’re doing our readers a great favor.
Not only that, we’re also helping ourselves by making use of these
blocks.
53
Product Launch Roadmap by Osman Safdar
How?
Each block puts your mind in a different frame of context. And so, each
block forces your mind to explain the same informa on in a different
manner (and let your mind fire up new informa on on the way).
These are snippets of text which I call “content blocks”. They help in
enhancing the quality and quan ty of your content! Here are some
content block examples you can use in your info products:
● Quotes
● Examples
● Tips
● Recap
● Exercise
You can sprinkle them throughout your info product. Or you use them
sparingly if you want.
With some crea vity you can also come up with your own content
blocks.
It’s great fun actually!
