Final Year Project : Loan Management Software

Managing Paper forms of loan application is an old technique which is quite troublesome and can
have risk of missing the paper. This “ Loan Management System “ is a Web based application. This
system includes various features like Adding loan request, Loan repay, Reports and so on. Applying
for loan is tiring and confounded cycle. This web application is very well designed to simplify the
process of loan requests management.

In the administrator panel of this system different sections are given to perform different tasks. One
section given in this system is group section where admin can register group with details

The above picture is for add group form. Here we can fill the required information and register new
group. Admin also has right to delete the group whenever required.

Another section provided in this web application is members section. In the members section admin
can register members in the system with the detailed information. This information can be updated
by admin if needed. This way member’s data management has made simple with the use of this
system.

In the loan section of this system , two submodules are given named as “ loan request “ and “ loan
repay “ . In loan request section administrator can add loan request. This loan record can also be
updated or deleted if required . In loan repay section, payments can be added and in this section
amounts are calculated automatically which can cut down the time required to calculate the
amounts manually.

Along with members and loan management one of the important feature provided in this web
application is reports. This reports section has Loan reports, Member reports and Payment reports.
As to keep track of all the records and requests is important , reports section has made it easy to
manage all the records. Reports can be very useful to find any information easily.

To check the overall data in the system or summary of all the information in the system, Dashboard
is given which gives summary of data in the system. Admin will also be able to change the password
of the system using update password feature. This proposed system is a great solution that
automates some of the tasks of loan process. Tradition methods of using paper for the loan request
form and managing those files with bunch of papers can be error prone , which can lead to data
damage or data loss. To overcome these kinds of problems, use of web application is a great
solution. This web application is very user friendly that can be learnt quickly and handed easily.
