ADVANCED CIKARANG CAMPUS – BCP Covid 19

DHL already create BCP for Covid 19. ACC as site from DHL implement all
the rules to avoid Covid 19.
1. Only healthy and clean employee allowed to enter warehouse

a. On entrance warehouse security using

mask and glove for preventive.
b. Temperature all worker have to checked
before entering warehouse and record in
log book. If temperature reach 37.5 ⁰C
cannot enter warehouse.
c. Information regarding Covid 19 all put at
induction area.
d. All people need to wash their hand and put
hand sanitizer (provided) before entering
warehouse.
e. Transporter and contractor worker are
checked at entrance gate.
f. During Covid 19 quarantine visitor are not
allowed until permission given from CR

2. Keep all the area clean

a. Put tissue and hand sanitizer at all

area, MHE, charging area,
drinking station, working station.
b. Install washing stand inside
warehouse to facilitate warehouse
men to wash their hand at least
once in 30 min.
c. Spraying disinfectant around
office and warehouse

3. Keep distance at least 1 m

a. All face to face meeting are not allowed.

b. Avoid handover shift in narrow area.
c. Give mark to all waiting bench and canteen
area to ensure there is sufficient distance.

4. Keep educate employee about Covid 19 and how to prevent

a. Put poster in several area in

site
b. There is daily update from DHL
head office regarding Covid 19
through update
c. Put all employee in WA group
guided from head office as an
update and communication
about Covid information all
guidance from head office.
d. All operation leader have to
update on DHL system about
daily situation regarding Covid
19 .
e. All site leader will have daily
call monitoring.
