Preached message, Testimony and Vision. Message Must be worth Spreading, Vision Must Pass
on to People and Testimony must Change lives”

Answer-Yes, I am a Leader. The moment God called me, that is the very moment I became a
leader- 1 Timothy 1:12

“You are not learning to be a leader, but you are a leader who is learning because a leader
always learns”

About a Leader

Leader is a Friend to whom we can share our weakness and mistakes.

Leader helps us knowing our inner qualities and God’s given Calling.

Leader reproduce its own kind

Leader is like an eagle, sees things far away.

Leader is not like beautiful Butterfly but like Bee that collects more honey.

Leader is Man/woman of Now

Leader is a Man/woman of Passion who turn vision into action Leader

Keeps own words and Times.

Leader is Self-motivator and consistent

Leader is a man/woman of principle.

About Leadership
Leadership is a lifestyle.

Leadership is Stewardship, Servanthood (Servant-ship) and Relationship.

Good Manager (Task Oriented) + Good Leader (People Oriented) = Effective Leader

Money is a seed; you can fulfil your calling by giving to the man of God or the ministry which
carry the same Vision

Giving is a supreme act of Faith.

Family
Putting Family first is putting God first because God put family First. Our family is

the first church strong family produces strong minister and the ministry

Family is never separate from the ministry it’s part of the ministry

Issues

Issues come due to lack of Love, acceptance, Respect, understanding, correction and Trust.

Love, acceptance, Respect, understanding, correction and Trust has the power to remake any
situation.

selflessness is the key to rebuild things

People
Reproduce your own kind by disciples them.

Utilize People in their talents, potential and calling.

Show confidence in People

Listen them carefully

Self-discipline: Leadership starts with self-discipline.

Secure mind is Single mind and Single Mind is secure mind.

The single mind is having the mind of Christ.
A leader Believe in Self ( Don’t picky, Don’t Justify, No self-defend, Don’t get disturb by losing
things, Don’t talk false conversations, don’t talk fear, hardship, negative, don’t get offended,
don’t exaggerate (Not even in preaching), no strife, prepare to take rejection, criticism but
never lose smile and never derail from Vision, know how to handle emotion.
Simplify life: separating ourselves from the things that keep us away from giving time to God
Prioritize things in life.
