Chicken boneless (breast /leg boneless – 120 gms ) + Curd (100 gms)
MEAL 5
Or
9:30 pm
Paneer (any recipe – 120 gms ) + butter cube (1 )

Have 3-4 litres of water per day.


Supplement stack:

 Vitamin C (1 gms / day) throughout day


 ALA (300-600 mg/day ) Bed time [ Evion 400 /600 ]

Points to remember :
 Have cheese cubes anytime you want.
 Use coconut oil as it is saturated & highly stable .
 For sweetness have Sugar Free (Green) liquid form.
 Veggies for taste while cooking lunch & dinner meal. Should not exceed more than 50 gms each.
 No options available for eggs its must and its vegetarian, because the eggs we consume are not fertilized.
