Class Rules
Punctuality: There will be a 10-minute tolerance after which the student won’t be allowed to enter into class. If one student
gets once the class has already started and during the tolerance time, he or she must enter silently and discreetly in order
to avoid any distractions to the class. The same will be applied the day of the evidence generation.
Attendance:
The student must attend punctually to classes and to all the academic activities that are compulsory, therefore it’s
responsibility of the student to be updated in the latest studied topic and the corresponding homework in case of absence
through communicating with the group leader or sub-group leader.
Communication: Except for the group leader and sub-leader, the rest of the group is not allowed to ask for the teacher’s
whatss number. And the group leader and sub-leader are not allowed to give this information to the rest of the group.
Break: In a 1 or 2-hour class there will be no break. In a 3-hour class, the break will mean to leave 15 minutes earlier.
Food: Only water can be drunk in class. No other food is allowed to be consumed.
Digital resources: Only if a learning activity requires the usage of them, they will be used, otherwise, they must be kept in
students’ bags, in vibration mode.
Respect: At all times, all the members of the group must respect each other.
Cleanliness: The space where the students work must be clean at all times, as well as the material and furniture.
Also the student must use well all the furniture and school facilities.
Permission to leave the class: Only for a short period of time the student will be allowed to leave the classroom. It’s
forbidden to leave at every moment.
Students in risk: Any student who is in risk to lose his/her permanency at school, must study very hard since the very first
class, to avoid emotional confrontations with the teacher at the end of the term.
The evidence folder: The evidence folder will have the next pattern:

Evaluation: Evidences: Verb quiz 10%, Listening 20% Speaking 20%, Grammar and structure 20%, Reading 15% and writing
20%. The teacher will send to the group leader the required formats (verb quiz, oral evidence, evidence sheet and GPA).
These formats are the only ones that the student will use in case of evidences generation. The evidences cannot be
recovered if the student is absent the day the evidences generation. If The student fails more than one unit, he or she will
have to present the global exam.
This information should be pasted on the inner front face of the folder to be delivered every evaluation day. The folder
should also contain a copy of the verbs list at the inner back face.
