Class Rules:
Punctuality: There will be a 05 minute tolerance after which the student won’t be allowed into class.
Material: Every class the student should attend to class with at least ten formats of each one: (30%) oral formats, (30%)
written formats [evidences, verb quiz, master list, word bank], (10%) video blog formats, (15%) journal formats, (15%)
reading comprehension formats. red, black, blue, purple, pink-ink pen, pencil, scissors, co glue stick, eraser, highlighter,
photocopies, ring binder, paper sheets (square), verbs list, correction fluid, plus colors and dictionary (levels1-5), otherwise,
the entrance won’t be allowed. There is no need of notebook, all the notes are meant to be written on the square sheets.
All the formats (evidences, quizzes, video blogs, GPA) will be sent through e-mail you will have to write your name and print
the formats, and no hand- written names will be accepted.
Material for evaluation day: To be evaluated, each student must bring, in this order, their complete evidences: 1. Printed
and filled out GPA format, 2. Evidences (graded, numbered, with name, instructions and title on ALL of them), 3. Video blogs
quizzes, 4. Journals, 5. Vocabulary notes and exercises (if applies) and 6. Grammar notes and exercises on the topics
checked. Before each element (evidences, video blogs, journals, etc.) a colored piece of paper is required, according to the
following chart:

Break: In a 1 or 2-hour class there will be no break. In a 3-hour class, the break will mean to leave 20 minutes earlier.
Assignments: If an assignment is not due on time, it will not be accepted for evaluation. Assignments will only be accepted
if they fulfil the requirement criteria, which include its authenticity.
Notes: COMPLETE vocabulary and grammar notes as well as exercises (photocopies) are the right to get the 1 st additional
evaluation.
Food: Only water can be drunk in class. No other food is allowed to be consumed.
Digital resources: Only if a learning activity requires the use of them, they will be allowed to be used, otherwise, they must
be kept in students’ bags.
Respect: At all times, all the members of the group must respect each other.
Cleanliness: The space where we work must be clean at all times, as well as the material and furniture.

Permission to leave the class: Students will have a 5-minute permission per session to leave the class. After which they
won’t have chance to come back in again until the end of it to pick their things.
Evaluation: Oral Evidences (30%), Written evidences (30%) [Evidences, verb quiz, master list, word bank], Journal (15%);
Reading comprehension (15%); Video blog (10%).
This information should be pasted on the inner front face of the folder to be delivered every evaluation day. The folder
should also contain a copy of the verbs list at the inner back face.
