1. Before commencement, check the pipe and the relevant documents; take
record of the pipe number,piece number, dimension, wall thickness, heat
number and quantity.
涂层开始之前,检查钢管的相关文件,记录钢管的数量,外径,壁厚,热处理号
及数量等。

2. Remove the pipe end bevel protectors; inspect the pipe visually for damage,
whenever possible; damage pipes shall be removed from the coating plant’s
incoming rack.
去除钢管的坡口的保护圈,目视检查钢管的表面看是否有质量问题,如果可以,
将有质量问题的钢管退出钢管架子等待进一步处理。

3. Identification marks recorded inside the pipe shall be recorded before


commencement of surface preparation.
在做抛丸除锈之前,将钢管的相关喷标记录。

4. All surface contaminants such as oil, grease or other contaminants shall be


removed with organic solvent before surface preparation.
钢管表面的油脂等污染物需要用有机溶剂清理掉。

5. Prior to blast cleaning, the ambient condition shall be checked. No blast


cleaning shall take place when the prevailing relative humidity is greater than
85% unless the pipe is preheated to at least 3ºC above the dew point.
在抛丸之前,对工作环境进行详细的测量,如果湿度大于85%,露点预热的温度
不超过3 ºC的话,不能进行抛丸处理。

6. Pipes shall be cleaned of mill scale, rust and other foreign matter by a blast
cleaning method. Only dry abrasive shall be employed and the abrasives shall
be maintained free from impurities. After blasting, pipes shall be visual
checked of surface defects . Reject pipes shall be returned to pipe mill. The
minimum blasting standard shall be Grade Sa 2½ (Steel condition A or B) with
a surface profile (anchor pattern) Medium (G) as per ISO 8503-2 (Rz 40 to
110μm). Surface profile shall be measured once four hours during production
and shall be retained by means of ‘Replica Tape’ method.

用抛丸的方法去除钢管表面的杂质,抛丸用的金属研磨丸必须是干燥的,不含杂
质的。抛丸后的钢管要检查表面缺陷,不符合的不得进行防腐,必须退回给钢管
厂。除锈后的钢管表面清洁度达到SA2.5级,用锚纹拓扑纸对锚纹进行检验, 每4
小时1次,锚纹深度应该达到40-110μm。抛丸后的钢管也要按照API5L标准目测检
查表面缺陷,不符合的不得使用。
7. Pipes shall be conveyed to the induction heating system and heated to a
temperature as recommended by the epoxy powder manufacturer. The heating
shall not exceed 275ºC. FBE powder shall be applied using Min 300 microns as per any specs!!
electrostatic spray guns to achieve the cured thickness of minimum 300 microns;
the temperature shall be measured every 2 hours.
钢管进行预热,预热温度达到环氧粉末制造企业所指定的温度,最高不超过275
ºC,温度每2小时测量一次,环氧粉末的厚度不低于300微米。

8. The pipe shall be cooled by water spray. The coating shall be cooled to below
60ºC before handling.
涂层完毕之后,用水冷却,在进行下一步操作之前,冷却的温度不得高于60 ºC。

12. The pipe shall be ejected from the cooling conveyor to the pipe end cleaning
and cut-back machine. The coating shall be removed at a length of
100 (±250) mm from both ends of pipe.
水冷之后,对涂层的两端进行处理,处理长度为100 (±250)毫米。 Thickness measurement report

13. The total average thickness of coating shall be checked and recorded on
Coating Record Sheet. The minimum total thickness shall meet the
requirement of customers; four sets of thickness measurements shall be
made, each set of measurements shall consist of four readings at equidistant
points around the pipe.
涂层的总厚度需要进行检验,并记录在册,最低的厚度不得低于客户的要求,每
一次检验至少要有四次测量,每一个检测点要均匀地分布在钢管上。

14. Each pipe shall be inspected for holidays over 100% of its coated surface
using pulse type high voltage DC holiday detector, the voltage shall be
maintained at 1.5 kV
钢管需要100%用电火花针孔检漏仪进行检测,工作电压是1.5kV Holiday test report be
submitted
15. On completion of the coating process, the Piece No., Pipe No. and pipe
length shall be paint marked onto the pipe again.
完成涂层之后,将管号等信息重新喷标。
16. Refit bevel protectors to the pipe
将管端保护器重新装上。
17. Coated pipe shall be transported to the pipe storage area very carefully.
小心将涂完层的钢管运送到仓库。

18. One sample, cut from a pipe selected at random during the first day of
production, shall be subjected to a cathodic disbonding test. 24h test at (65 ± 3) °C
will be done.
在生产的第一天,一个随机取得的涂层样本需要进行阴极电解剥离试验 , (65 ± 3)
°C, 24h。
19. Issue the mill test certification and collect the documents for the TPI or
customer review.
签发产品合格证书,并整理相关的文件供客户参考。
20. Delivery the pipes with coating to the destination.
