Abstract
This monthly report briefly discusses about the second month of my stay on the internship
program. The contents of this report are much similar to the first report as my schedules are the
same on both site and office.

On the first week of my second month internship program, there was erection of formwork for
the first floor slab and also fabrication and preparation of rebar for the floor beams.

On the second week I was able to see the stair case work. i.e. Erection of formwork, placing,
arranging and bending of rebar. And also checking the alignment. On that week the two columns
on axis 5c & 5E were decided to be set to do it again due to the occurrence of high segregation.
And I was able to see the fabrication and preparation of rebar for the floor beams.

On the third week there was concrete casting of shear wall and stair case and placing of rebar for
the floor beams including negative bar and hanging double stirrup. Demolishing the columns was
very difficult hence it took them all weekdays on that week.

During the last week there were not many activities due to holidays. The activities were placing
HCB for the ribbed part and the rebar mesh for the solid slab.
