I, T.RAMESH, s/o T.NARAYANA, age 47 years, correspondent of SREE VIDHYALAYAM

ENGLISH MEDIUM HIGH SCHOOL, Sri Krishna Mandiram, Chinnapodamala Village,
Tadipathri Rural, Anantapur dist, A.P., do hereby solemnly affirmed states as follows:-

1. I am the correspondent of SREE VIDHYALAYAM ENGLISH MEDIUM HIGH SCHOOL,

Sri Krishna Mandiram, Chinnapodamala Village, Tadipathri Rural, Anantapur dist. My
school is under the process of Government recognition up to 10 th class. My school is
going to start 2019-20 Academic year at Sri Krishna Mandiram, Chinnapodamala
Village, Tadipathri Rural, Anantapur dist, A.P. I stated that the clearance certificate
from Fire Department is under the process of the concerned department for my
school building. I am making efforts to get that certificate within one month from
today. Hence I request time for 40 days. I undertake to produce the clearance
certificate from Fire department if time is granted. I am not suppressing any material
in respect of the above facts.
2. I swear my school is under the process of A.P govt. recognition and may be permitted
and require time to submit the Fire Clearance certificate from Fire department.
