The founding of TCM was in 2000, it was established as a cleaning and facility-maintenance
for over 1,500 locations. Covering various locations, such as schools, hospitals, factories,
malls, and farms. We consider our teamwork and CSR to be prioritized and to be the reason
for our continuous annual growth since our start. We have been the market leader since the
last 4 years, which was only because of CSR and the understanding the values of our
customers and their feedback on it.

Importance of CSR: -
We believe that helping the community has a great opportunity to economic success. Also,
Corporate Social Responsibility plays an important role in sustainability of our business. We
prefer to work in an environment where our employees and our local communities share the
same traits. Likewise, our relations with our employees have also been strong which helps in
CSR projects.

About of the project: -


After months of engaging with the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the use of agencies, factories
and other workplaces is about to start again soon. Therefore, we are offering a variety of
hygienic services aimed specifically towards the business sector, so that the workers come by
a healthy, clean, and safe working environment. We believe offering this project is the best
way possible to give back to our society and appreciate each individual’s effort for
contributing to the wealth of the economy. To carry out the services we’ve a set of skilled
manpower, which will work as a team in an effective and efficient manner to provide suitable
results.

The Project Method: -
The Project Approach:- Once the project has been accepted, the manager will take a visit to
the locations such as, office or factory and identify all the sanitary services required at that
particular workplace, depending upon various factors such as size of the building. Thus, on
that basis the manager prepares a team of staff and instructs them accordingly about their
tasks. The team will have a supervisor who will be responsible to manage tasks, Also will
deal with any potential requests and inform the client and the manager regarding the progress
of the ongoing work.
