The General Public is advised to call on the emergency hotlines posted below to
avail the services needing emergency and rescue assistance or response.

HOW TO REDEEM CONFISCATED DRIVER’S LICENSE?
 To redeem one’s confiscated license the client must get on order of payment at
the Traffic Management Office/ PSD Task Force located at the City Public Market
Area.
 After the client get a copy of the order of payment, he/she must proceed to the
City Treasury Department – Old City Hall Compound, Bonifacio St.,
Brgy. Ibaba East, Calapan City.
 Present the Original Official Receipt to the TMO/PSD Task Force Office to get the
confiscated license. Pertinent documents must be signed before the release of the
license.

 To avail the public safety services, the client may coordinate with the
Administrative Section of this department with telephone no. (043) 288- 2121
 The client may also submit letter to this office for the request of the following
public safety assistance;
