physical, social, and spiritual.

each dimension of wellness is interconnected with the others and all are equally important in the
pursuit of optimum health

one can reach an optimal level by understanding how to maintain and improve each dimension and by
creating balance

Emotional, we must maintain a good emotional well being one good example would be with friends and
peers. This in turn will make you more happy and more motivated to life.

We must avoid being stressed all the time to maintain a good wellbeing. One example is depression,
specifically depression with modules. Which we must avoid.

Environmental, we must maintain a good environment for the best comfort of our mind. One way of
doing this is making our environment greener. Like planting outside your house or just simply cleaning
your surroundings.

Intellectual, we must also maintain to be informed about many things. Most specially in time of the
pandemic we must be informed about the virus to maintain a good wellbeing. Being informed is very
important.

It is much better than choosing not being informed. And it also might be dangerous for without being
informed you could risk many things.

Occupational, we must also have a very good occupation where we are happy for what we are doing
rather than doing something we do not like. A good job where we are happy even if it requires hard
work is one of the keys to achieving a good wellbeing.

Financial, while having a really good job we can earn money. And we must earn that money for the
things we need, or the things we want.

Physical, it is the most important of them all for maintaining a physically fit body we can live longer and
happier. And if we do a sedentary life doing nothing watching TV and browsing the internet all day can
be bad to our health.
So, we must do exercise everyday to maintain a happy and active lifestyle.

Social, we must always socialize with others for a healthy emotional wellbeing. Being alone is bad for
our wellbeing for it will devastate the emotional wellbeing of an individual.

So we must spend some time with our friends and peers to achieve a happy lifestyle and a good
wellbeing for ourselves.

Last but not the least, Spiritual, we must maintain our spiritual connection with god to maintain a good
wellbeing. For after maintaining our physical wellbeing we must not forget to replenish our souls.
