CCAP: STEM/NURSING Fast Track Project

This program provides prerequisite courses for a STEM degree in health science. Students work towards
earning a general or more specific health science degree, with an emphasis in Registered Nursing. This Fast
Track Project provides opportunities for students to create and prepare for Vocational Nursing and Nursing
Assistant studies by creating a career ladder to determine various avenues for entering the profession. (The
same prerequisites will prepare students to pursue a non-healthcare STEM degree.)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2.0 overall GPA required
• School/ Parent Approval

FINANCIAL SUPPORT:
• Tuition is waived while student is still in
high school. FREE!

BENEFITS:
• College level courses can count for
high school requirements.
• Majority of courses will be offered on
the high school campus, delivered by
RCC faculty members.
• Guaranteed spaces in prereqquisites and
School of Nursing Program (as long as
minimum requirements are met).
