 TRAINING PLAN FOR PSTs
• One Training Centre at each Tehsil Level.
• 8 subjects are divided into three groups.
• Primary school teachers will join the training according to major subjects he / she
teaches in his / her class.
i. All primary school teachers must complete LMS Modules for the subject group
he/she has enrolled.
ii. All Primary School Teachers must attend 03-days training via Microsoft Teams

REGISTRATION & ENROLMENT OF PRIMARY SCHOOL
TEACHERS
Teachers from Public Sectors
• Public school teachers can directly access the SNC portal by using SIS logins for
enrollment into a Group.

Teachers From Private Sectors

• Private school teachers will be able to register themselves by filling online form
at snc.punjab.gov.pk and then enroll into a Group.

Enrolment
• By login to the SNC online portal during the proposed registration cycle (25 th June to
5th July, 2021), Public and private teachers will be able to enroll in a particular Group
(Science, Arts, Others).
 MONITORING OF REGISTRATION, ENROLEMENT
AND FEEDBACK OF LMS
Complaint Cell
• Call center will be configured by PITB and users can call Education helpline for guidance
and technical queries related to SNC-LMS will be responded.

Dashboard
• Basic dashboard and reporting will be provided along with registration/enrollment stats.
• CEOs will be provided access to enrollment stats of public school teachers for timely
follow-up in the field to complete enrollment process.

Quality Feedback of LMS

• At the end of each course participant will be able to submit QA Performa and its stats
will be shared with Quality wing at QAED

• One- day Training of English & General Knowledge MTs: Training of English & General
Knowledge MTs will be start from 21/06/2021 (1-day for each subject 4 sessions).
• Training of (Social Study, ECE) and (Urdu, Islamiyat) MTs: Training of (Social Study,
ECCE) & (Urdu, Islamiyat) MTs will be start from 21/06/2021 to 10/07/2021 (1-day for
each subject 4 sessions).

 IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR LEAD TRAINERS
QAED
• You should have Microsoft Teams app or desktop web interface on their
mobiles/tablets/computers/laptops.
• You should have strong/reliable internet connection to attend the online
session.
• Lead Trainers must have complete information/ knowledge about create
class, conduct session, attendance marking.
• All LTs must record whole day session wile delivering training to MTs and
place at Microsoft team account.
• In case of any technical query please feel free to contact with Ayesha Karim

Microsoft Teams) at their contact numbers.
• LTs will email signed attendance of their class on same day at:

 IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR LEAD TRAINERS
QAED
• Lead Trainers must login 15 minutes before start of the session.
• QAED monitoring team will visit in your class and will observe training
sessions.
• Before start of the session make sure that all the participants have been
added to the session.
• Both the LTs should mutually coordinate for making whatsapp group and
other activities one day before the start of training
• Create whatsapp group of MTs of your assigned districts as per List of MTs
provided by QAED.
• Share training material at the end of training with the MTs and develop a
close liaison with them for providing guidance if any during onward training
of PSTs.
