Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 sliced tomato

Butter
2 slices of bread
Salt and pepper

Preparation:

1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.

2. Remove the shell and partially mash the eggs.

3. Add some salt and pepper. Then, mix the mashed eggs again.

4. Spread some butter on slices of bread and then spread the egg mixture.
