Quotation Terms：
1. Payment Terms: 30% of Total Amount as Deposit paid by T/T in advance,and the Balance Paid before the
Mass Production Shipment.
2. Mass Production Leading Time: Within 30 working days against the deposits received.

3. The Buyers hold liable for the Installation of all Equipment above.the Seller will send the two Installation
Engineers to guide and train the Buyer's Installation Worker agaisnst the Buyer pay for the Engineers'
Visas,Double Journey Flight Tickets,room and board,the Allowance 80USD/Day for each engineer.One
JINFENG technician with the help of minimum 6 workers provided by buyer.

4. The Quotation Above is based on EXW price, all Ocean Freight are not included.

5. All the Equipment is listed above,the buyer must prepare all equipment for Installation or fix accessories for
equipment which are not included in the Quotation.

6. The Equipment Gurranty:all accessories of equipment will be changed by seller if broken within 1 year
after installation,the seller take charge for frieght cost of Transportation by sea.

7. On customers account:Civil works, electric wiring to motors & electric devices,handling devices
(scaffolds, cranes, cherry pickers...) and any other material not included in this quotation.
