MOTION FOR RESETTING

The undersigned, unto this Honorable Court, most
respectfully files this motion by alleging, that:

1. This case is scheduled for pre-trial on November 28,

2016 at 8:30 in the morning;

2. However, the undersigned counsel will not be available

on said schedule as he will be travelling out-of-the-country
to attend some personal matters;

3. Hence, he is constrained to seek the resetting of the

hearing on November 28 to another schedule;

4. This motion is filed in good faith and solely on the

ground afore-stated.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully

filed of this Honorable Court that an order be issued
resetting the hearing on November 28, 2016 to another date.
 All just and equitable reliefs are likewise prayed.
