MOTION FOR RESETTING

The undersigned, unto this Honorable Court, most
respectfully files this motion by alleging, that:

1. This case is scheduled for presentation of more

prosecution’s evidence on October 5, 2017 at 8:30 in the
morning;

2. However, the undersigned counsel will not be available

on said schedule as he will be in Manila attending to some
personal matters;

3. Hence, he is constrained to move for a resetting of this

hearing date.

4. This motion is being made in the interest of justice and

not for any purpose of delay.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully

filed of this Honorable Court that an order be issued
resetting the hearing on October 5, 2017 to another date.
 All just and equitable reliefs are likewise prayed.
