Task Eight

Providing face to face feedback, - the senior manager or supervisor can meet one-on-one with team

organisation to keep in touch with the day-to-day activities in the business and increases the flow of

On time feedback- This method is important as staff members do not have to wait months or weeks
to get appreciate for their efforts. On the other hand, waiting for a long period to get the feedback
from managers or team leaders will reduce their moral and job satisfaction. Thus, providing on time
feedback is essential for continues and constant performance of any team member

Observable behaviour feedback- In this method the team members performance will be observed
and giving a value for the effort they are putting on to achieve team common goal. This method is
vital as it helps to develop their moral to contribute more further and can be change after receiving
feedback from the team leader.
