product’s priority is to make an excellence and sustain our consumer’s
demand. For that, we can make a difference and certainly provide the
consumer’s necessity.

 Marketing strategies aim to build a solid base of loyal customers, as well


as maximizing the sale of our high margin product.
 Aim to increase the supply quantity to sustain the customer’s demand.
 Maintain the good relationship toward customers.

 Our business offers a high level quality of latex which is perfect for the
factories even small businesses that produce numerous item. Rubber
latex may use in making elastic/surgical gloves, boots, breathing bags
and other medical equipment. Rest assured this is a NATURAL RUBBER
LATEX and safe to use in any made products. Rubber latex will provide a
combination of excellent and great service to the valued consumers.

2. Competitive Advantage (How does your product or service differ from the
competition in terms of exclusive processes or superior ingredients, or other
features)

 As the feature of our business, we have the edge to be one of the top
supplier of Rubber Latex since the plantation is vast and can supply the
consumers for years. Other than that, the latex is natural and safe to
use because there’s no mixed chemical through the process of tapping
the rubber. To top this all, our business main competitive edge is in its
people/consumers.
3. Strengths versus your competition’s

 We have strong consumer demand, great service, availability of cheap


raw material, have good relationship with the customers and the location
is feasible. On the contrary, we are threaten by the sudden change of raw
material’s price and the future business competitors.

 Company/Factories or even small businesses can avail our product and


service since this is the first rubber latex supply we have in our locality.
Its location is good for the reasons: it is easy to find, near to the city and
it is easy to remember.

 Yes, they can especially those small businesses since we have an office to
accommodate queries.

 Yes, for we have to give awareness to company/factories that our


business existed. We can make negotiations for us to be their supplier.

 We could have mail out sample showcasing the business feature.

 Yes we can, to attract more consumers.

 Since our business requires years before it would operate because rubber
trees could tap 10 years after its plantation. For now, we don’t have yet a
raw materials could offer but we are currently seeking possible
consumers that would be our target customers in the future.

 Radio advertisement or fliers to bring awareness about our business and


what product and service we could offer.

B. Personal Selling

 We could use the internet and start recommending the business through
posting on facebook about the business offers since we are in technology-
based era.

Talakag, Bukidnon are producing rubber crepe sheets

 We can foretell that the success of our business will be achieved by


supplying good quality and standard product and providing friendly
customer service. We will persistently give a good value of our product
and service to gain more consumers by being proactive rather than
reactive in our marketing efforts. These would be the edge of our
business to our competitors.
