Guidelines for Students to Change Course Grade Mode

1. You will be able to change the grade mode for each of the courses registered for the
Spring 2020 term until May 8 (midnight) by logging in to Banner:
https://banweb.lau.edu.lb/prod/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin

2. Go to: Student Services and Financial Aid -> Registration -> Change Class Options

3. The page will display the list of courses you are registered in for the Spring 2020 term.
 You will need to locate the course(s) you will want to change the grade mode to
“Pass/No Pass”.
 From the drop down list, you can change the grade mode from “Standard Letter”
to “Pass/No Pass” and click on “Submit Changes”.
 “Standard Letter” or Letter grade is the default option and you don’t need to do
anything if you don’t wish to change the grade mode of a course.
 P/NP grade will not have any impact on CGPA calculation.

4. If you want to change grade mode for a course to “Pass/No Pass”, you will select
Pass/No Pass from the drop down menu and later click on “Submit Changes”.

5. In case you would like to revert back to the “Standard Letter” mode before the deadline,
you can login back to the page, select “Standard Letter” and “Submit Changes” without
the need to refer back to the Registrar’s Office or your Professor.

6. No changes will be allowed after the system closes on May 8 midnight.
