genders,race,age,sexual orientaions,and ethnicity

As organizations becomes more diversity managements adopts it humans resources practices to

refelects those changes.many organizations today,have workforce diversity programs.they to
hire,promite and retain minorities,encourage vendor diversity,and provide diversity traning for
employees.

The diversity that exists in the wirkforce requries managers to be more sesitive to the difference that
each group brings to the work setting managers must be in a position to recognize and deal with
different values,needs,intersts,and exceptations of employees.they must avoid any practice or action
that can be interpreted as being sexist,racist,or offensive to any particulargroup and also managers must
not illegaly discriminate against to assist employee in managing work or life issues.

What is entrepreneruship? Entrepreneruship is the process of initiating a business venture.

Organization the necessary resource and assuming the risk and reawards entrepreneruship as a process
in which individuals or a group of individualsrisk time and money in persuit of opportunities to creat
value grow through innovation regardeless of the resource they controls.

The three important themes in this defintion are 1)the pursuit of opportunities 2)innovations 3)growth.
Entreprenurs purssue opportunites to grow a business by chaniging ,revolutionizing ,transforming,or
introducing,new products or service. Many people belive that entrepreneurial actvities and small
