• Core Banking Systems (CBS) Information is scattered

• CBS comprises of different layers which we monitor

• CBS – Requires proactive actions to be taken to avoid


operations issues

• Different people will monitor their own areas of the


system.

• COB Scheduler screen is updated with the next COB


run date and this can be changed

• COB Status screen displays the status of the COB in


terms of stages EOD-ERROR, Pre-COB, COB and
Post-COB for manual and scheduler mode

• Also COB status screen allows to skip/re-run the


particular process if the COB stops due to error

Alerts
• The following Alerts are available as predefined. Its possible
to configure own alerts.
- User count exceed (jBase / CBS / OS)
- COB Errors
- COB is taking more than a threshold limit
- Stage wise COB elapsed time is more than the average
- CBS services are not running
- Not all allocated agents are running for the service.
- Message queue is building over a threshold.
- Browser requests are taking long time than “normal
- Lock doesn’t get release
- Critical TAFC Activities
- High CPU Usage.
Other Features
• History data can be loaded with a single click if required to
generate reports.

• CBS data collector is really lightweight. It only collect the data


& push to the iMonit server.

• All the processing run in iMonit server which runs on


CentsOS System.
