Formation of foam in the tank: IMPORTANT:

If this happens, reduce engine speed below 540
revolutions / minute or add an anti-foaming agent to
the tank content.
i Do not add fuel oil to the spray mixture as
an anti-foaming agent.

Last filling:
When you fill in the tank for the last time only add the
amount of water and product required to spray the
remaining crop area.

End-of-spraying maintenance: Wash the outside of the sprayer ( 4.7).

5.9 CHECK TIGHTNESS OF NOZZLES

Upon receipt and before each spraying season, after using for 1 hour, after one work day and periodically,
check if nuts are tightned:
- Wheel studs,
- fixing axle,
- fixing coupling.

Once a year:
- Check bearing clearance and lubrication
- Dust all brakes lining and check lining wear,
- Adjust brake lever stroke,
- Change the pin on the axle nut at each disassembly.

Under heavy use, perform these operations every 3 months.

Wheel studs: Ø18 = 400-420 Nm

5.10 SECURITY TO CHANGE A WHEEL

If you need to change the wheel:

- Place under the spray frame (1) a wood block (2),
and then lift the assembly with a jack (3).
