INFORMATION 

The undersigned accused Jigger Sidamon Noceda, Filipino, of legal age, single, and
PNP custodial unit, in Camp Crame, Cubao, Quezon City, philippines of the crimes of
Attempted Rape, Acts of Lasciviousness, Unjust vexation, violation of Safe Spaces
Act defined and penalized under rpc article 245, and Republic Act 11313 committed as
follows: 

That on 9th day of June 2020 and 7 th day of September, 2020, in the PNP
Custodial Unit, where the complainant was detained, and within the jurisdiction of this
honorable court, the above mentioned accused, did then and there, willfully, unlawfully,
and feloniously committed acts of lasciviousness, unjust vexation, and overt acts in
violation of Safe Spaces Act to the person of NOVA PRINCESS PAROJINOG by
kissing and touching her private parts, and uttering words such as “Mabubuntis ka pa
ba” with intimidation and force. 

The said victim suffered actual and moral damages in the amount as maybe
rewarded by the Honorable Court under the provisions of the New Civil Code of the
Philippines.
