Cultural belonging:
My families’ ethnical background as well as mine is
Mexican. I was born in Las Vegas but raised in Chihuahua
Mexico for 3 years. My first Language was Spanish and I
learned English until I was 6 years old. My kindergarten
class consisted of a bilingual program therefore, I learned to
read and write Spanish first and until first grade. My favorite
food is pizza, I enjoy Mexican food because main cultural
food but its not favorite.

Life Experiences:
My favorite hobbies consist of: Scrapbooking, Dancing,
shopping and swimming but my favorite is horse riding. I
love animals. Horses are my favorite animals and every time
I go for a ride it relieves the stress.

Your Worldview: I am a family oriented individual. My most

important principles in life is Faithfulness, Respect and
Love. My husband and my son are what motivates me to do
better in life and be successful to accomplish my goals. My
short term goal is to finish my associates degree and
continue my education to become an elementary teacher.
My long term goal is to travel with my family have a big
house and a big family.


Artifacts: I am a very detailed and creative person
who likes to learn different things. I visited Mexico for a
year and where I learned to apply acrylic nails. The
program I joined lasted about 2 months.
